It has come to the North Carolinian’s attention that flooding Senator Kay Hagan’s office full of phone calls and giving her 100% valid reasons why she should vote with the majority of her constituents, to vote No on the Stop Online Piracy Act (H.R.3261) and Protect IP Act of 2011 (S.968) was a complete failure as she still is persistent to pass the two Internet censorship bills under the guise of ending piracy.
Due to these circumstances USWGO is now issuing a request with the North Carolina Board of Elections for a way to legally get a petition or recall election to recall N.C. Senator Kay Hagan from office on committing High Treason by violating the U.S. Constitution more then once. USWGO has also tried to sent requests to the North Carolina Campaign for Liberty and NC 9/11 truth movement for any form assistance to help get the senator thrown out of office legally.
Kay Hagan isn’t just in favor of the Stop Online Piracy Act and the Protect IP Act of 2011, she also voted in favor of the National Defense Authorization Act stating that the NDAA “won’t infringe on civil liberties” according to the Shelbystar news website.
She sent pretty much a similar automated letter around January 18, 2012 then the one she sent to Brian D. Hill of USWGO on July 18, 2011 stating why she thinks this bill is a great thing to pass as a law and that is is an honor to (mis)represent the people of North Carolina. The majority of people throughout the country including North Carolina don’t want this bill passed but despite that May Hagan is willing to misrepresent the voters of North Carolina that she is suppose to be representing.
“Unfortunately USWGO will have to get Senator Kay Hagan recalled for high treason and violating the Bill of Rights under the U.S. Constitution. She didn’t just vote in the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 but also is in favor of the censorship bills for a phony reason such as copyright protection. Copyright Protection of what???? What are the Bilderberg’s afraid of what people are putting on their blogs??? if Richard Burr votes the same as Kay Hagan I will vote to get him recalled as well”, says Brian D. Hill the Founder of USWGO on the issue.
Mr. Hill was planning on using a hard copy petitions with real North Carolinian’s signatures since Internet petitions it is difficult to only get signatures from a certain state and some legal venues don’t accept online petitions, Mr. Hill has decided to get a majority of citizens in Mayodan and Madison North Carolina, and call for assistance from NC Campaign for Liberty and other statewide patriot groups to help gather signatures as well and then send it to her office, and copy the petitions and send to the court to get an order of her removal from office as a Senator.
Mr. Hill doesn’t have the money to travel all over North Carolina collecting petition signatures so he is asking for assistance of We Are Change as well as the other patriot groups.
These are the valid reasons for executing a vote for recall order against U.S. Senator Kay Hagan for the North Carolina district:
- Kay Hagan voted in the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 a bill designed to take away rights from U.S. citizens and lawful residents.
- Kay Hagan has co-sponsored and will not back down from supporting the Protect IP Act of 2011 despite the largest protest in Internet history against the passing of SOPA and PIPA. Her office was literally flooded with phone calls and those that called while their office was swamped likely got a busy tone and had to try again when the lines were more free. Despite all the she is still willing to not represent her state or even the American people.
- She will likely vote the Stop Online Piracy Act as well another censorship bill that will be used to get rid of sites like YouTube.
