The International Center for 9/11 Studies has secured the release of hundreds of hours of video footage and tens of thousands of photographs used by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for its investigation of the collapse of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7. This material is being released to the Center under the Freedom of Information Act, in response to a lawsuit the Center filed against NIST.

The Center filed a FOIA Request with NIST on January 26, 2009, seeking production of “all of the photographs and videos collected, reviewed, cited or in any other way used by NIST during its investigation of the World Trade Center building collapses.” Following several unsuccessful attempts to get NIST to even acknowledge receipt of the Request, the Center was forced to file a lawsuit on May 28, 2009. Shortly after the lawsuit was filed, the Request was assigned a reference number, and NIST began periodically releasing batches of responsive records. To date, the Center has received over 300 DVDs and several external hard disk drives that contain responsive records – more than 3 terabytes of data so far – and NIST has indicated that additional records will be released in the future.

We are currently looking at the best ways to distribute these materials to interested researchers and journalists around the world. It has taken NIST more than 8 months so far to produce a partial archive of photographs and videos in their possession, but we hope to be more efficient in our efforts. Because of the huge volume of data, we are working on a wiki-style website to facilitate review and discussion of any interesting items that are discovered by researchers.

Justin Keogh, our Chief Technical Officer, is preparing the website and materials for release. The first batch of materials we are releasing is a group of video clips sent to us on an external hard disk drive labeled “NIST WTC Investigation Cumulus Video Clips.” We believe NIST entered these clips into a searchable database called the Cumulus database, and used them as the basis for the investigation and reports. Researchers may be interested to see which video clips NIST determined were important to its investigation, and compare these clips to the raw footage we release at a later date. Justin will be posting more details about the data release in the next week or two. Although the Center has extremely limited resources with which it can review this mountain of data, several interesting items have already been discovered. Below are five items the Center has uncovered so far. The items below have not been altered from the original provided by NIST, except in three cases where a short section of footage was extracted from a much longer video. Otherwise, no alterations have been made to the video or audio. For the best viewing experience, you should watch all of the videos below in the highest resolution available. We will supplement the list below in the coming days and weeks.

1. Video Footage of Explosion Before Collapse

In the video below, at about the 0:59 mark, a high-pressure explosion occurs in one of the Twin Towers, below the impact zone, while the building is still standing.

In the final report on the collapse of the Twin Towers issued by NIST, it appears to attempt an explanation for this explosion by suggesting it is a smoke puff resulting from a pressure pulse inside the building, perhaps from a collapsing wall or ceiling, or sudden opening of a door. (See NCSTAR1-5A, p. 52) However, as can be seen from the screen capture below, it isn’t merely smoke and dust being ejected. There appears to be a massive object being ejected along with the explosion.

2. Audio Evidence of Explosions During Collapse

Several videos released to the Center have clear audio tracks that contain distinct sounds of explosions occurring at the World Trade Center. These audio tracks provide support to the many eyewitness statements referring to explosions occurring when the buildings collapsed. Explosions can be heard at the initiation of the South Tower collapse in the following two videos. The explosions are clear enough at normal volumes, but turning your speaker volume up a bit can help provide a full appreciation of the sound.

The video below contains distinct sounds of explosions occurring throughout the collapse of the North Tower. The native audio track is at very low volume, so your speakers should be turned up enough to hear the explosions. (Please be careful to turn your volume back down after watching this video.)

3. Visual Evidence of Explosions During Collapse

Several videos also have clear visible explosions that occur above the airplane impact/collapse zone in the South Tower. In the video below, the collapse begins at about the 3:45 mark. If you watch the corner of the South Tower nearest the camera, at a point about halfway between the airplane impact zone and the top of the building, you will see puffs of smoke and a flash at about the 3:49-3:50 mark. The corner of the building also appears to lose structural support (or “kink”) at this same location. These are the obvious result of explosive charges severing the steel structure at the near corner.

If Hurricane Earl seriously wallops North Carolina and looting and chaos ensues, it is entirely possible firearms will be confiscated.

On September 1, North Carolina’s governor, Bev Perdue, declared a state of emergency by executive order as Hurricane Earl approaches.

“The declaration calls for all state and local governments to cooperate in the North Carolina Emergency Operations Plan,” reports WECT News 6 in Wilmington. Perdue said the National Guard is standing by and ready to respond if the storm hits the state.

Earlier today, the National Hurricane Center estimated that Hurricane Earl is approximately 300 miles south of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina. It is a Category 4 hurricane with sustained winds of 140 mph.

Blogger John Jacob notes a possible sinister side to North Carolina’s declared state of emergency — citizens will not be allowed to carry weapons. In other words, the governor has in effect suspended the Second Amendment at a time when crime will almost certainly increase.

Section 3 of the executive order, notes the No Lawyers – Only Guns and Money blog, delegates Perdue power under Article 36A of Chapter 14 of the NC General Statues to the Secretary of Crime Control and Public Safety “to such further action as is necessary to promote and secure the safety of populace in North Carolina.”

NC Gen. Statues Section 14-288-7 bans transportation stipulates:

Transporting dangerous weapon or substance during emergency; possessing off premises; exceptions.

(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, it is unlawful for any person to transport or possess off his own premises any dangerous weapon or substance in any area:

(1) In which a declared state of emergency exists; or

(2) Within the immediate vicinity of which a riot is occurring.

(b) This section does not apply to persons exempted from the provisions of G.S. 14-269 with respect to any activities lawfully engaged in while carrying out their duties.

(c) Any person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. (1969, c. 869, s. 1; 1993, c. 539, s. 192; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 24, s. 14(c).)

The No Lawyers blog explains:

G.S. 14-269 deals with the carrying of concealed weapons. The only exemptions it provides to those “carrying out their duties” involve law enforcement and military personnel. The holder of a NC Concealed Handgun Permit does not have “duties” and therefore could not be considered an “exempted person” under G.S. 14-288-7.

G.S. 14-288-7 makes no exemptions for recreational shooting, it makes no exemptions for hunting, and it makes no exemption for concealed carry permit holders. If you possess or transport a firearm off your premises during the state of emergency, you will have committed an offense that the state considers a Class 1 misdemeanor. It does not matter that you live in an area that has received no rain, no wind, and no damage from Hurricane Earl.

In February, North Carolina outlawed carrying weapons in public during a snow emergency. North Carolina, however, is not alone — Pennsylvania’s Uniform Firearms Act outlaws possession of firearms during a government declared emergency and Colorado also considered enacting similar legislation. Georgia followed suit.

“Personally, I think [North Carolina's] law is unconstitutional to start with and stupid public policy,” Alan Gottlieb, founder of Second Amendment Foundation, told WorldNetDaily on February 16, 2010. “It reminded me of the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, when New Orleans confiscated guns.”

On September 8, 2005, P. Edwin Compass III, the superintendent of police for New Orleans, declared no civilians would be allowed to carry firearms in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. “Only law enforcement are allowed to have weapons,” he said.

New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin said the Second Amendment would not be tolerated in New Orleans and soon police, the National Guard, the Oklahoma National Guard, and U.S. Marshals began going house-to-house taking weapons away from citizens.

“A disaster can bring out predators ready to loot, rampage, and pillage the moment that they have the opportunity,” David B. Kopel wrote for Reason on September 10, 2005. “Now we are seeing another awful truth: There is no shortage of police officers and National Guardsmen who will obey illegal orders to threaten peaceful citizens at gunpoint and confiscate their firearms.”

For now, North Carolina has banned residents from carrying weapons outside their homes. But if Hurricane Earl seriously wallops the state and looting and chaos ensues, it is entirely possible police and National Guard will be dispatched, as they were in New Orleans, and will deny citizens their right to possess firearms, as guaranteed under the Second Amendment, and protect themselves from criminals and predators.

James J. Lee walked into One Discovery Place Wednesday afternoon with two non-firing starter pistols and four improvised explosive devices, police said. While it appears the starter pistol is what led police to shoot Lee, the explosive devices were the real danger.

Police Chief Tom Manger said at least one of the devices was capable of killing someone, had it detonated. Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Chief Richie Bowers, whose department contains the bomb squad, declined to describe the devices or their potential capabilities.

Lee’s end came when authorities heard a pop. Manger said the SWAT team was inside the building, around the corner from Lee. The team heard a pop that they believed was a pistol shot. The team came around the corner and shot Lee.

According to Special Operations Division commander Capt. Darryl McSwain, “He made a direct effort to harm, in our opinion, one of the hostages, which left us with no other choice.”

According to Manger, Lee repeatedly said “I’m ready to die” during the standoff.

“I can’t imagine how terrified someone could be to listen to, for the better part of four hours, Lee’s end of the conversation,” Manger said.

Police said they found one starter pistol — a gun incapable of firing a bullet — Wednesday at One Discovery Place and another one was found today.

Manger said multiple officers fired at Lee. They are members of the County’s SWAT team, and have been placed on routine administrative leave.

A total of four improvised explosive devices were found inside the Discovery Channel building, including one strapped to Lee. Another four were found Thursday morning at the Wheaton home where Lee rented a room.

Manger said investigators were scanning security camera video to see if Lee had the explosives strapped to him when he walked into the building . Lee was carrying two backpacks and two boxes, and the explosives may have been inside.

UPDATE 5:07 p.m.: The ‘gunman’ in yesterday’s hostage standoff was only armed with starter pistols, which are incapable of firing bullets.

Investigators say there were four explosive devices in the Discovery Channel building and four in his rented room in Wheaton. The devices could have been deadly, Montgomery County police Chief Tom Manger said.

UPDATE 4:50 p.m.: A couple of updates on the investigation from Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Chief Richie Bowers:

Explosive Ordnance Disposal teams searched James J. Lee’s rented residence on Thursday and found four additional devices detonated them remotely and safely.

Bowers declined to talk more about the improvised explosive devices found at the Discovery Channel headquarters. Bowers added that investigators are searching for Lee’s vehicle.

Montgomery County Police Chief Tom Manger said there is no indication there was any explosion when Lee was shot by officers.

UPDATE 3:35 p.m.: TBD’s Elahe Izadi just filed this report from the scene of yesterday’s standoff:

“The sidewalks around the Discovery building on Georgia Avenue and Colesville Road have now cleared for pedestrians to walk by. Police tape still prevents access to the Georgia and Wayne avenues side of the property, and private cleaning crews were busy cleaning up the crime scene.

The sidewalks opened at about 11 a.m., a police official on the scene said.

Discovery employees have slowly been making their way back to their offices to retrieve car keys and other items they left behind. Employees are entering the lobby on the corner of Colesville Road and Georgia Avenue and have to present a photo I.D. to get past the entrance.”

UPDATE 2:46 p.m.: ABC 7’s Brad Bell writes: The people of Silver Spring and the employees of Discovery Communications reclaimed their turf and headquarters building today. The SWAT teams and snipers are gone but the rattled nerves have clearly not healed. I encountered Natasha Dickson just before noon as she walked out of the Discovery building. She was holding her young daughter’s hand and clutching the purse she’d left behind in her hurry to evacuate yesterday. She told me that many staffers are still emotional. She described people hugging and even shedding a few tears.

I also saw something today that had a few hardened cops and firefighters chuckling about the hidden cost of crime. A Montgomery county fire crew was rigging lines as though they were embarking on a rescue from high-rise window ledge. I asked what was up and the answer was priceless. A police officer who had taken up a high angle position across the street from the bomb wearing gunman had accidentally left his wedding ring in his sniper’s nest! The mission was to retrieve the jewelry. Life goes on.

UPDATE 2:06 p.m.: Montgomery County police plan to hold a news conference about the latest developments in the James J. Lee Discovery Channel gunman case at 4:30 p.m. We’re working on live-streaming it. It will also be carried live on ABC 7 News and TBD-TV.

UPDATE 1:27 p.m.: Police and FBI agents have left the Wheaton home where the Discovery Channel gunman rented a room.

One next-door neighbor, Billy, who declined to give his full name, was at home with his grandson Thursday morning when investigators knocked on his door and told him to leave his house for about an hour.

Billy said there has been a lot of turnover at the house where Lee resided.

“He must not have lived there for very long because I would have noticed,” Billy said of Lee.

Billy went to a neighbor’s house. He saw what appeared to be investigators come out of the Lee residence with boxes.

UPDATE 1:05 p.m.: Police and FBI agents surrounded the Wheaton home Thursday where James J. Lee, the Discovery Channel gunman, rented a room.

Lee’s landlord contacted police about 9:30 a.m. Thursday after seeing the news about Lee. Police had the home surrounded by about 10 a.m.

Lee rented a room in a house at 2512 Kimberly Street in Wheaton, Montgomery County police Lt. Bob Bolesta confirmed to TBD’s Elahe Izadi.

The home was searched and evidence recovered, ” Lt. Bolesta said. Police declined to describe the evidence. The bomb squad was called in the check out the residence, but the area was cleared. Police declined to say whether anything suspicious was found.

Lee had two other roommates at the house. Investigators have spoken to one of them, but don’t believe either had anything to do with Lee’s plot.

“This individual kept to himself,” Lt. Bolesta said. “None of these individuals (roommates) were ever in his room.”

TBD was tipped to the police activity by What’s Up Wheaton.

UPDATE 12:30 p.m.: Montgomery County police have blocked off a section of Kimberly Street in Wheaton, where Discovery Channel gunman James J. Lee may have resided at some point, the Wheaton Patch reported.

ABC 7 and TBD reporters are en route to the scene.

ABC 7 News has also confirmed that Discovery Communications had a staff meeting on Thursday, where managers praised the actions of police and security. A TwitPic captured the crowd of employees in the lobby.

UPDATE SEPT. 2, 10:40 a.m.: Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley released this statement praising Montgomery County police:

“I want to commend Montgomery County Police Chief J. Thomas Manger and the members of the Montgomery County Police for their valiant efforts to diffuse the hostage situation at Discovery Channel headquarters in Silver Spring yesterday. Chief Manger and his team’s professionalism kept civilians safe and unharmed. Law enforcement officers put their lives at risk everyday and the bravery of these men and women should not be overlooked.”

“I also want to commend Discovery CEO David Zaslov and the employees of Discovery for executing their crisis plan flawlessly, and for remaining calm during this crisis.”

UPDATE SEPT. 2, 8:05 a.m.: According to Montgomery County police, a makeshift bomb was discovered inside the Discovery Communications building, ABC 7 reports. It consisted of two small propane canisters similar to those used for camping. It was wrapped with piping that contained shot gun pellets. If it had gone off, it would have acted similar to a grenade, sending out shrapnel.

Police also say that suspect James J. Lee fired his gun when he entered the lobby Wednesday. An overnight sweep of the building produced a number of items that were disrupted by the bomb squad, including two backpacks and two boxes. Lee was also seen during the standoff with what appeared to be a remote with an antenna in his hand, which concerned emergency responders. Lee also had on him batteries and two ski masks.

Around 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, the tactical unit that was outside the lobby heard what they believed to be a gun shot or some type of explosive, in addition to seeing Lee waving the gun and appearing to threaten a hostage. At that point they made the decision to go in and a member of the tactical entry team shot and killed Lee.

UPDATE SEPT. 2, 8:00 a.m.: WTOP reports a list of Mebrobus lines affected by the investigation in Silver Spring, including the Q2, Y8, Z8, and J2.

ORIGINAL STORY, SEPT. 1:

Corrections: An original version of this story said Lee had violated a stay-away order by returning yesterday; in fact, the stay-away order had expired. Also, police did not detonate the bombs last night. They “disrupted” them with quick blasts of water.

Employees of Discovery Communications hadn’t heard much from James J. Lee in the last two years. For a brief spell in early 2008, Lee was a fixture outside the company’s Silver Spring headquarters, leading a bizarre protest aimed at forcing the television giant to alter its programming. When his week-long spectacle ended in an arrest for disorderly conduct, Lee headed to a courthouse in Montgomery County as his own lawyer and quietly slipped out of the company’s consciousness.

When the 43-year-old finally returned today around 1 p.m., Lee came with a gun in his hand, a possible explosive device strapped to his body, and a list of demands that made sense only to himself. He walked into the company’s lobby brandishing his gun, starting a four-hour standoff full of fear and negotiations, with co-workers and loved ones hanging desperately on every update from police.

Lee never moved beyond the company’s lobby. He immediately took three people hostage — two of them Discovery Channel staffers, the third a security guard. Once it became clear something was amiss, the 1,900 employees either hunkered down in their offices or headed to the building’s side exits and out into the streets.

The building went into lockdown, the Montgomery County police arrived on the scene and cordoned off the area, and Discovery managers sent out an e-mail: “URGENT: Employees Should Go Home – Don’t Return to 1DP Until Further Notice. Employees at 1DP should go home for the remainder of the day. No employee should return to 1DP for any reason.” The roughly 100 children at Discovery Kids Place, the company’s day care center, were ushered by their teachers to a nearby McDonald’s.

Discovery staffers texted and e-mailed one another in a flurry of confusion. The situation was shocking and bizarre. There are plenty of government buildings around Washington to attract angry extremists, but who could hold a potentially violent grudge against Discovery?

“It took all of us by surprise,” says one employee, who was set to work at the office that evening. (Employees were instructed not to talk the press, which explains why staffers quoted in this story requested anonymity.) The company, she says, is quite good about keeping employees abreast of any controversy or demonstrations—-like earlier this year, when some people protested against Discovery’s plans for a reality show featuring Sarah Palin. There’d been nothing of the sort in recent weeks.

But the situation made a little more sense when the press aired a loose description of the perpetrator. “When I came in to talk to one of my supervisors, we had the TV on,” says another employee who works in a separate building. “There was a crawl at the bottom of the screen saying the suspect had been identified as an Asian male. We said, ‘That’s got to be the guy who was protesting a couple of years ago.’ And an hour or so later they confirmed it.” The employee says he hadn’t seen or thought of Lee in more than two years.

For a while Facebook has already gone to war with Patriotic truthers that has got too big, locked out some of innocent users accounts, further limits friend adding, and further turns social networking site Facebook into a Unsocial firewall site just like the Great firewall of China.

Facebook has effective taken down the official Alex Jones account because they had the Gadsden flag, gone after me because I have added too many friends at one time and they kept lowering the limit personally on me till it was less then 10 to 5 because it used to be I could add over 50 at a time, shut down a anti British Petroleum facebook page for going against the Oil Spill, now penalizing people for accessing Facebook in another location, and Facebook has increasingly gone to war against facebook users with large amounts of friends  under the guise of stopping spam and abuse but in reality facebook doesn’t want messages of truth to get out against the corporate and political elite. All the Police State usual measures under the guise to keep everyone’s Facebook accounts safe.

One of the ways Facebook has totally destroyed user accounts with lots of friends is forced Friend verification where you have to identify photos of friends you know just to get back in your account but several flaws are that users with hundreds to thousands of friends can’t check out every friends page so this discourages users with lots of friends as they all get caught by the system, and it locks out people every time they go to another location so it discourages travelers using facebook and forced to leave their personal data to be exploited.

So facebook has officially gone to war with users with many friends (1,000+) because they can be mobilized quickly so if a truth message got out thousands can quickly become hundreds of thousands to millions and facebook doesn’t like that.

The truth seekers are getting too big and so since Facebook is a private company they can deem any account unworthy and shut down any account while keeping personal information to sell to the highest bidder.

Facebook is not waging this war in public because many free speech advocates would leave the website and so many of it’s wars against free speech is done in darkness by people that have no life so they want to destroy others. The war is also being engaged by the global elite because they want to stop anybody from challenging their Monopoly of Power.

Also Facebook doesn’t want the Gadsden flag anywhere near facebook or users with over 1,000 friends because it helps build huge political oppositions.

A fair tax proposal will destroy the American economy, end the middle class, and will make the poor debt enslaved peasants to the super rich.

The reasons a Fair Tax will be a horrible mistake, a nightmare, and give more power and money to the super rich are below.

1. Services, all store bought goods, and even raw materials will be taxed, twice or more depending on how many times it exchanges hands.
2. Gas prices, Oil prices, and electric prices will skyrocket under the Fair tax proposal and this isn’t under cap and trade, yet!
3. The Fair Tax will be socked to the poor and make it harder to purchase anything they need since everything including food will be double or triple taxed under the National Tax.
4. The states rights amendment of the Constitution would be violated since this Tax will be enforced on all states from the Federal Level.
5. It wouldn’t matter what class you are, all will be taxed the same way besides the super rich will buy without paying the taxes as always, the super rich will cheat their taxes.
6. All prices will skyrocket including costs of Internet service.
7. The Internet will crumble as many Web Hosts will raise their prices to comply with the Fair tax and the rising electric cost. Many legit web sites will start dropping not including illegal warez sites and websites dealing in illegal profits, although illegal sites may fall as well as legit ones if the Internet dies. Web Hosts will also start limiting more bandwidth even on virtual private servers as their electric costs will skyrocket
8. If coal goes to the power plant that’s taxed since it’s sold to the power companies, gas prices is the same principle so gas will slightly go up due to excessive Fair Taxes, then as people purchase electricity that will be heavily taxed and prices will be higher so that the corporation can have us pay for their taxes. So in other words electricity could be doubled and that is without cap and trade.
9. Everything in the store level, web hosting level, service level, and even grocery stores that accept Food Stamps purchases will be double or triple taxed because when food producers sell to grocery stores it gets taxed then when grocery stores sell the produce to the people it gets taxed so a 20 cent tax on the dollar can become 40 cents or even 60 cents.
10. Rest Homes will heavily tax the seniors living there.

So this Fair Tax sounds like a nightmare because since the Fair Tax proposal abolishes the Income Tax all National sales taxes will be higher like maybe from 10 cents to possibly 40 cents since the Government would rely even more on materialism to make this work. Also this means the Government will go after all people who cure illnesses even more since it frees them from being forced to purchase medicine and Health Insurance which will also be Fair Taxed.

According to Wikipedia this is what the Fair Tax is:

The FairTax is a proposed change to the federal government tax laws of the United States intended to replace all federal income taxes^[1] with a single broad national consumption tax on retail sales.^[2] The plan has been introduced into the United States Congress as the Fair Tax Act (H.R. 25/S. 296). The tax would be levied once at the point of purchase on all new goods and services for personal consumption. The proposal also calls for a monthly payment to all family households of lawful U.S. residents as an advance rebate, or ‘prebate’, of tax on purchases up to the poverty level.^[3][4] The sales tax rate, as defined in the legislation for the first year, is 23 percent of the total payment including the tax ($23 of every $100 spent in total—calculated similar to income taxes). This would be equivalent to a 30 percent traditional U.S. sales tax ($23 on top of every $77 spent—$100 total).^[5] The rate would then be automatically adjusted annually based on federal receipts in the previous fiscal year.^[6]

With the rebate taken into consideration, the FairTax would be progressive on consumption,^[4] but would also be regressive on income at higher income levels (as consumption falls as a percentage of income).^[7][8] Opponents argue this would accordingly decrease the tax burden on high income earners and increase it on the middle class.^[5][9] Supporters contend that the plan would decrease tax burdens by broadening the tax base, effectively taxing wealth, and increasing purchasing power.^[10][11] The plan’s supporters also argue that a consumption tax would have a positive effect on savings and investment, that it would ease tax compliance, and that the tax would result in increased economic growth, incentives for international business to locate in the U.S., and increased U.S. competitiveness in international trade.^[12][13][14] Opponents contend that a consumption tax of this size would be extremely difficult to collect, and would lead to pervasive tax evasion.^[5][7] They also argue that the proposed sales tax rate would raise less revenue than the current tax system, leading to an increased budget deficit.^[5][15]

In recent years, a tax reform movement has formed behind the FairTax proposal.^[16] Increased support was created after talk radio personality Neal Boortz and Georgia Congressman John Linder published The FairTax Book in 2005 and additional visibility was gained in the 2008 presidential campaign. A number of congressional committees have heard testimony on the bill; however, it has not moved from committee since its introduction in 1999 and has yet to have any effect on the tax system. The plan is expected to increase cost transparency for funding the federal government, and supporters believe it would have positive effects on civil liberties, the environment, and advantages with taxing illegal activity and illegal immigrants.^[12][17] There are concerns regarding the proposed repeal of the Sixteenth Amendment, removal of tax deduction incentives, transition effects on after-tax savings, incentives on credit use, and the loss of tax advantages to state and local bonds.

So the arguments they will use to sell the Fair Tax to the whole world including America would be, It will reduce peoples materialism and means America will use less resources, Nobody will complain about the Income Tax, it’s good for the environment but it will ruin all non profit Organizations because there will be no tax deduction rights so less money will be given to non profit organizations and they will be forced onto Government grants and being told what to do 24/7 by the Government.

The Fair Tax is a trap and will further be an attack on the poor and Middle Class because even though 7 cents is the North Carolina state tax a forced National sales and services tax plus the abolishing of the Income Tax will mean that all sales and services tax will be dimes higher per dollar.

A Fair Tax will also mean that corporations won’t have to worry about any forms of income taxes and the poor will struggle even more then before. This will mean that many poor folks may head to black markets just for buying regular necessities. Although if the black markets get shut down it may mean more poor folks will demand Government assistance so more will be at the mercy of Uncle Sam. Also if sales taxes become even more Nationalized under the Fair tax proposal fishing may become illegal as a permit only covers fishing and not how many fish you can fish for.

I noticed that at Restaurants such as Tokyo Express in Martinsville VA located close to a Walmart, it always usually gains a lot of customers on the weekend but when I went there it looks like a ghost town. The amount of patrons there when I visited was usually 2 to 3 customers but never went above that level.

It looked as though many Restaurants wasn’t receiving as much business as it was last time I was in Martinsville VA.

I used to go to Tokyo Express and it had a lot of people but that was a great while ago. The amount of people it used to have were a lot and many tables were filled with multiple people. Now it is as if the staff there are just sitting for customers to just roll in.

So is the economy doing as good as we think it is? The economy looks worse then I thought because more and more Americans are having to use food stamps while Restaurants are losing customers because food stamps does not cover Restaurants so as more and more Americans are reliant on food stamps less are going to Restaurants because theres no jobs to pay for the food people need to survive.

In fact I saw a receipt I thought my mother dropped when I went shopping with her but as it turns out it wasn’t but it was only milk and cereal and the receipt said EBT which stands for food stamps.

So after seeing that I realized that many in Martinsville are forced to use food stamps because the jobless rate is way higher in Martinsville.

So the economy is crumbling and I see it where my grandmother lives. Stores are going out of business and one gas station on the entrance to Martinsville VA which did very well is now out of business.

Remember when I believed I was hacked on Alternet and even asked facebook users to send polite emails asking Alternet to restore USWGO. Well now facebook took down my event that was asking people to send polite emails and also Alternet ended up attacking my next account titled UswgoLives.

So now I know this hack was deliberate and that now Alternet is engaging in active censorship against different political viewpoints and then claims that the users have elected to delete their entire accounts worth of data.

So it’s official, even with many facebook friends public support to emailing Alternet to restore my posts, USWGO has been officially censored by Alternet and they masked it as a hack.

Also the entire Alternet page has been transformed into an Obama propaganda site working for the offshore elite bankers. You can tell they have totally transformed Alternet into an Obamanation piece of sh*t:

USWGO’s account is completely gone on alternet, as I am checking USWGO for any hacks and damage as well, all articles whether positive or negative, whether offensive or unoffensive is all destroyed by a radical hacker that did not agree with any of USWGO’s views so instead of reporting the offensive ones this hacker has destroyed all mirroed articles on USWGO’s alternet page.

Brian Hill created enemies whenever he spoke against the Unconstitutional Sharia Law because of the fact it’s being forced down the throats of American politics without the knowledge of the American people. He was being called a racist even though it wasn’t true, plus the founder said he was all for legal immigrant just not illegal immigration but the radical (Possibly Pentagon) hacker deliberately attacked his most influential Syndication Center which is another knockout of the Anti New World Order Alternative News Site.

I went to the American Oldies Theater and no idea exactly what the show was about at first but as I got there and grabbed a seat in the back rows I started enjoying the show. The main host of that show was Patty Waszak a woman that has played musical instruments since childhood and that she plays many different musical instruments.

As the show went on for two hours I laughed, had fun watching the goofy hats, and other goofy things guests had worn when they were picked to go up on stage.

She has two different websites and one is the American Oldies Theater and Patty Waszak’s website.

Anyways there was three main entertainers and singers on the 27th of July show. The soundmaster named JZ (or JC) that manages the sounds and the stage lights, then the main host Patty Waszak, then special guest Sharon Tarwater that was a singer that went through the pain of fibromyalgia and breast cancer which I heard she went through ten operations to get rid of the cancer.

Sharon and Patty both have CDs where they re-sung oldies music and Patty has actually made one sung herself. Patty’s own song she composed was Say You Remember Me which has helped her raise several thousand dollars for the research of Alzheimer’s disease.

I took pictures of the documents she showcases at her show to find out and show you all who reads my news that she has donated to help the Alzheimer’s Association.

This is the official letter she showcases from 2008 thanking Patty for sending $500 money to helping the Alzheimer’s Association. Also she has helped the Sevier County Food Ministries also in 2008.

So Patty and the American Oldies Theater has done a lot to help those with breast cancer, gave to the food ministries, and even donated $500 to help the Alzheimer’s Association.

Apparently Showplace theater which Patty Waszak was apart of in 2008 was in The Mountain Press.

Also according to TNVacation.com it says on their website “The most sold out morning show in Pigeon Forge.” A variety show featuring Miss Patty who sings, is funny and plays over 30 musical instruments. Music variety, comedy, trivia and audience participation. Patty will “re-charge your battery.” in fact I believe everything TNVacation is true about the show because I enjoyed it, Patty did play so many different instruments that I was surprised she could play them all, and she was funny.

There is also two videos uploaded with her singing two patriotic American songs for the troops that are fighting and dying in battle to protect our great American nation. The first video is ‘Im proud to be an American‘. The second video is a unknown named Patriotic song.

Also the special guest Sharon Tarwater has sold CDs of music she has re-sung including religious songs saying that we need to get our nation back to god. She also gives out business cards which I took one of and took a picture of it to put on here so you can check out her website, buy her CDs, and if you have listened to her before you can email her and tell her what you think about the oldies songs she re-sings.

Also I checked out the address on Google to find that it was a Amateur radio Station due to the fact that City data says that the cards address has a registered radio license so this must mean she runs a radio station.
