Executive orders violates the U.S. Constitutions separation of powers because executive orders appear very similar to laws and executive orders threaten American citizens with imprisonment which is unlawful as the executive branch cannot enact laws and the power is delegated to only the Congress to enact laws which the executive branch has to execute.

One of the executive orders that violates the Constitution was Executive Order 6102, signed on April 5, 1933, by U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt with a purpose intending to criminalize the having a solid savings of Gold Coin, Gold Bullion, and Gold Certificates within the continental United States. The order criminalized the possession of monetary gold by any individual, partnership, association or corporation even though the U.S. Constiutution stated that gold and silver can be a valid tender collected by the states.

Executive orders are not authorized by law or the Constitution but paves the way for an executive dictatorship. Anytime the president wants a law passed but fails with the congress he usually tries an executive order to circumvent the due process of the judicial branch and the legislative process of the Legislative Branch.

In a past article I explain the importance of the three branches of Government due to the fact that it prevents any form of a dictatorship.

Even the mainstream media states that the President cannot enact any legislation.

Quote from the Washington Monthly

The president can’t write laws. He can’t pass laws. He can’t stop laws from passing if Congress is determined to enact them. He can’t go to war over Congress’s objections, control interest rates or even command particularly impressive audiences for televised addresses. Even the areas where the executive appears strong and largely autonomous — national security, for instance — tend to be places where Congress is simply choosing not to exercise its authority. If the legislature didn’t want us in Libya, we wouldn’t be there.

Quote from the LATimes

“We would have liked to hear something more forceful because while we understand that the president alone cannot enact legislation, we do believe he has some authority to bring relief to the enforcement of what he admitted is a failed policy. But unfortunately, that wasn’t articulated — and it was made known by the audience.”

Unfortunately the executive branch even admits that they can usurp the power of the U.S. Congress and pass executive orders that every average American has to obey.

The White Houses own executive branch web page states that ” The President can issue executive orders, which direct executive officers or clarify and further existing laws.” even though this violates the separation of powers prohibiting the president from executing powers not proscribed by Congress, the Constitution, and by law.

Executive Order 6102 is a primary abuse of the power of executive orders by enforcing a $10,000 fine or ten years imprisonment or both for the simple act is storing a legal tender of gold. The president does not have the authority under the U.S. Constitution to take the American peoples gold because it takes away the only legally valid tender of which states can implement in the event that the U.S. dollar fiat currency goes belly up.

President Obama, Clinton, and Bush have all shown dictatorial behavior. Bush implemented during 9/11 that if he points the finger at you and call you a terrorist then you have no rights under the U.S. Constitution. Obama has passed executive orders that enacted a council of governors that no law in the United States allows.

Bill Clinton also made an executive decree to implement forced thumb scans, urine and blood testing at DMV’s to simply be allowed the right to drive but Texas activist and Conspiracy expert Alex E. Jones resisted the forced thumb scanners and due to his bravery of getting arrested the DMV’s have stopped this dirty practice of Presidential decree. At my North Carolina DMV when I got a state ID I never had to endure thumb scans, urine, or even blood testing.

Executive orders are a Unlawful and Unconstitutional way for the president and his cabinet of czars get what they want.

This paves the way for an Executive Dictatorship where the president can order the torture and death of Americans, where the president can enact laws that we are expected to obey, and can use any of American tax dollars to do whatever he wants while people lose their social security and pensions.

Even Ron Paul spoke against the fact that Americans can be assassinated by order of the president.

Executive Orders are a perfect way to circumvent the Constitution, the congress, the three branches of government and will lead us into a dictatorship just like Nazi Socialist Germany and Communist China.

The three branches of government exist as a way to prevent a dictatorship.

Even the Federal Emergency Management Agency also known as FEMA was established by executive orders and wasn’t built on what was prescribed by law or the U.S. Constitution.

FEMA Wikipedia Quote:

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is an agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security, initially created by Presidential Reorganization Plan No. 1 of 1978 and implemented by two Executive Orders.

Will the American people peacefully assemble to stop the abuse of executive orders being used to circumvent the Congress and the U.S. Constitution.

I see you forgot to mention that it was also an executive order that rescued the United States from the Great Depression. An executive order that shut down all banks and very closely resembles a law. I don’t see you complaining.
