USWGO Exclusive Interview with: Elton M. Crisman Jr.

Date of Interview: May 10th, 2012 Afternoon.

USWGO Reporter Brian D. Hill Interviews Elton M. Crisman Jr. on P-Code. He was a inventor that once worked for NASA, he also worked on the Stealth Aircraft used by our Military today. Retired After 34 years from the Aerospace industry working for Boeing, NASA, Bell Telephone Laboratories, and Lockheed Martin Corporation.

P-Code is a very scary concept because many Americans use GPS Navigation Satellites, almost every airplane uses GPS for safety and security, and many ships use GPS navigation. What P-Code was for was to confuse GPS devices by giving false coordinates to GPS Devices so lets say that Someone goes from Point A to Point B but with P-Code it scrambles the GPS Signal forcing the GPS to make Point B go to a different location then where the origin location for Point B is suppose to be.

The guise for this is that a foreign enemy or insurgent could have a weapon use the GPS system to target a certain location here in the U.S. to blow up a certain target. With P-Code it can make the weapon hit a different area instead of it’s primary target since it scrambles the GPS coordinates before it reaches the weapon.

The consequences versus the benefits of P-Code are at a very different level because stopping a few enemy missiles in the sky is a great idea but then planes could hit buildings and not know where ti land since many are used to using GPS navigation satellites for guidance, so many are used to using GPS for conventional travel, and there are those that use GPS for rescue service missions to help people and P-Code would cause problems for many different situations that would save lives or even keep lives from harm.

What my concern with what Mr. Crisman is talking about is that during a exercise of martial law, P-Code could be used to quell domestic inserrection which means to use against the American people. P-Code is possibly in use in GPS devices which means at any time P-Code could be activated and can be used against the American people by the offshore mega banks that now run the Federal Government in America.

So according to Mr. Crisman Bill Clinton wiped out anything on P-Code but it is hard to know whether he wiped out P-Code due to the bad press and kept it underground or whether he did it due to all the negative consequences that P-Code would create on the travel industry and the whole economical system. All references to P-Code has stopped that is all I know.

Also I interviewed him on his help on the work of the famous Stealth plane or aircraft used by the air force and military defense forces. I know that the stealth plane was designed to not only be at high speed but can avoid radar detection by enemy nations.

Who showed Up? Not ABC, PBS, NBC, FOX, CBS, and others

Can we really trust our local TV news networks under PBS, CNN, NBC, ABC, FOX, and other corporate whore media outlets to cover a very critical and important event that can affect the state of North Carolina’s judicial system??? No we can’t.

After I went in front of the Mayodan town council on March 14th 2012, gave NC Senator and President pro Tempore of the NC Senate Phil Berger a copy of my petition and my legal analysis report on the NDAA, I was disappointed that no media showed up, not even The Madison Messenger a more local newspaper, not even the News and Record, not even RockinghamUpdate (The smallest traffic news website), and none of the local news TV Stations.

I even complained on YouTube about this predicament.

I had called up WXII12, FOX8, Associated Press Raleigh branch, News and Record, the Madison Messenger, WXLV, WFMY News 2, and others to call for them to attend my press conference at the James A Collins Municipal Building in downtown Mayodan at 7:00PM EST to watch me make history as I give the 221 signatures Nullify-NDAA Petition and a informative report on the NDAA. The whole point of the press conference was to get the truth out, to get many people in the western region of North Carolina to put pressure on Sen. Berger to introduce legislation to Nullify the Indefinite Detention provision of the NDAA, and to get North Carolina to be the next state to resist the NDAA law.

Almost every media outlet I called including FOX8, WXII12, The Madison Messenger and others all told me over the phone that they would send a reporter over there to interview me and/or would show up at the event to capture me giving Sen. Berger a copy of my petition. The media lied when I saw the reality at the May 14th 7:00PM Mayodan Town Council meeting. All the local media I could ever call has lied to me dead straight in the face. I have the proof as my phone records prove I have called the local media multiple times to give them updates on the Nullify-NDAA Petitioning process. Then I even sent emails as their newsrooms have told me to do so the media cannot claim I am lying as I have all the proof that it was the media that lied to me.

How was this event not media worthy??? President Pro Tempore and State Senator Phil Berger receiving a paper petition with handwritten signatures to get him to introduce state legislation. How is that not something the media should cover?

Well at least the other two Mayodan Town Council meetings the RockinghamUpdate did cover the meeting.

I am shocked and surprised that the local media will not cover local events with a historical significance. Who can trust WXII12 as they are owned by NBC, who can trust FOX8 as they are run by Fox, who can trust WFMY News 2 which is CBS, who can trust any of the corporate media since they rather cover race baiting stories like the Travon Martin shooting but not a political event where I am doing the right thing and helping to protect We The People’s rights. Even the News and Record was putting out propaganda about Zimmerman but wouldn’t come to see me give a real state senator, that is on the front page of the North Carolina Legislature Senate page, a copy of my petition. This ain’t just a regular Internet petition but a real petition with signatures and peoples real addresses or phone numbers and the media acts as though I don’t exist.

I feel just like Ron Paul when the media kept trying to ignore him as he was against the establishment.

I was forced to cover my own press conference with my own cheap camera equipment and couldn’t get perfect sound quality. I am disappointed that not only did the local media not show up at all but they lied to me and said they would show up but didn’t right when the time came for the big special event even though at a small town council.

Yesterday was a historic day in the town of Mayodan on May 14th 2012 at the James A. Collins Municipal Building. Yesterday was the day that I, Brian D. Hill, has given NC Senator Phil Berger a copy of the Nullify-NDAA Petition to get the state of North Carolina to protect it’s citizens rights to a court trial and an attorney.

What exactly happened at this event was that while the cameras were rolling a two minute minute speech was made about the whole petition gathering process and then I gave the petition and my Report on the NDAA (USWGO.com PDF 0.98MB) to NC Senator Phil Berger while the cameras where rolling. The two other times Sen. Berger was just given documentation usually after the town council meeting or before but this time it was during the town council meeting so that the cameras and witnesses that attended prove that Sen. Berger received a copy of the Nullify-NDAA petition plus the Report on the NDAA for the state Government and cannot claim that he didn’t get it in the event that the Feds (Federal Government) put behind-the-scenes pressure on him.

The NDAA has a nasty provision which can mean the indefinite detention of anybody including American citizens if they are simply considered hostile. The legal definition of hostility under Black’s law is very vague and over-broad and can include most disgruntled American citizens. Now people can be thrown in torture dungeons overseas and may never see the light of day and may even be cooked in some furnace just like Nazi Germany. That is why this petition was created to put a stop to the cruelty and treasonous behavior the corrupt elements of our Government want to accomplish through fiat legal enforcement. Nullify-NDAA for North Carolina will get the state of North Carolina to pass a bill into law similar to HB1160 that has had great success in the Virginia state house. HB1160 is the bill that forbids the military in the state from being ordered to violate the U.S. Constitution and the Constitution of that state. The military cannot be allowed to detain Americans indefinitely without charges and a court trial according to the Bill of Rights under the U.S. Constitution. Even in State Constitutions (Modeled after the U.S.) the rights and liberties of the people are protect and codified into law.

The report on the NDAA by me (Brian D. Hill) exhibits a letter from U.S. Senator Rand Paul to the current Virginia Governor, my legal analysis on the NDAA (Was reviewed by a independent researcher, a news article on the fusion center targeting Ron Paul bumper stickers as terrorists, some pages of Project Megiddio, transcript of a leaked video of a FEMA Commander that demonized the founding fathers of the United States of America and Christians as domestic terrorists to a group of police and firefighters, a copy of the bill HB1160 that passed the Virginia House of Delegates, and Legal argument 4623 on why a court trial is necessary even for terrorism suspects. The media did not cover the event so the quality of the video may not be at it’s best but despite that at least there was footage at all of this very important event. This event will mainly rely on the alternative news outlets across the Internet to make this historical event viral to persuade NC Senator Phil Berger that the only option the voters want him to take is to follow the Nullify-NDAA Petition and get a bill introduced. So despite the fact that the media was notified multiple times that a press conference was scheduled for May 14th and even the address was given to where the press conference was to be held, the media lied about all attending the press conference and making interviews about the Nullify-NDAA petition movement. The only people that filmed the event was that I personally had two cameras rolling (One on a tripod on automatic video recording, and my mother was the camera person), my grandparents also filmed the event, and I even used a netbook with a attached wind-guard microphone to capture the town council meeting and press conference. Looks like USWGO was the only media that arrived at the Mayodan Town Hall and the alternative media can also cover the story by watching the USWGO May 14th town council video and writing an article based on that.

Of course after the town council meeting I was gonna ask the Mayodan Chief of Police Charles Caruso about what he thought about the NDAA Documentation I gave him around April 9th 012 but he bolted through the back door which I discovered as I rushed over to the Mayodan Police Station right beside the towns municipal building. Me and my friend named Michael Atkins tried to get to the chief of police but when it failed we both gave up on perusing him so I can ask him that question.

Also I gave a copy of the petition to Town Manager Michael Brandt as you can see in the YouTube video at the Mayodan Town Council videos under the USWGO YouTube channel.

There was also a speech preparation document which also documents that I was suppose to give my Nullify-NDAA petition to Sen. Berger.

Emails have been sent to the offices of NC Senator and President Pro Tempore Phil Berger, Legislators Bryan Holloway and Bert Jones with access to the full 20 page grayscale petition on Nullify-NDAA, my Report on the NDAA, and given access to the YouTube video proving that Sen. Berger did indeed receive both the petition and report via special folders. Also requests have been made in them to which I am to receive emails to certify that they have indeed been received for legal formality.

Rep. Bert Jones received the petition via email, Rep. Bryan R. Holloway received the petition via email and I received verification that the email was indeed read by a read receipt, and Sen. Phil Berger received the petition in-person and his office via email which I confirmed they got it via a phone call to their office.

Press Conference faxes & news tips have been given to every major local TV & Newspaper mainstream media outlet & even alternative media outlets that are likely to cover the May 14th town council meeting. The occasion is giving North Carolina State Senator Phil Berger a copy of the 20-page 221-signatures Nullify-NDAA Petition for Rockingham County. Sen. Berger as of 2012 is the President Pro Tempore of the NC Senate and is on the front page of the Senate section of the NC General Assembly website (Archived HTML Webpage copy May 5th 2012).

On the fourteenth day of May two-thousand and twelve, at the Mayodan town council meeting around 7:00PM EST, I the founder of USWGO will present a copy of the Rockingham County version of the Nullify-NDAA petition to town attorney, which has around 221 signatures all collected by all kinds of people in Rockingham County, and will be given to Phil Berger in an envelope in front of the news cameras and reporters after a one to two minute speech specific to this petitioning process. Paper signature petitions have way more of an impact then Internet petition as a signature proves that the signatures are real as it is the same signatures that are used in signing other government documents and financial documents and legal agreements. Also Sen. Berger’s office will receive either a email or fax with the petition on the same day as the press conference including the document, and two more copies will be heading for state legislators Bryan R. Holloway and Bert Jones.

Also in addition to the petition, a report document will be given as well which brings more into legal detail what the NDAA is and how it affects citizens and why the state senator should consider going against it. This report will be given to the state committee that is appropriate for challenging the NDAA via state law similar to HB1160.

Here is a screenshot of the draft of the report. The information in the final report document may be different then what is shown in the screenshot depending on what kinds of information is gathered for the report. The filed and finalized date sections will be changed to the appropriate dates for when the report is finalized.

This report may mean that I, Brian Hill, can be subpoenaed to speak before my states committee in Raleigh, NC to answer questions and give my expert opinion on the NDAA in the event that this report is granted credibility by a law group or lawyers that have reviewed my report as accurate, credible, and valid.

Nullify-NDAA petition has started in Rockingham County as not only a legal petitioning process but also a movement to get the state legislators to battle against the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2012 Federal law (Public Law 112-81). An improved and upgraded petition template was created for the Surry County petition organizer (Surry @ uswgo.com) that just joined the Nullify-NDAA petition movement only yesterday (May 4th) to help with getting his counties representatives and senator to either introduce the Nullify-NDAA type bill or at least co-sponsor a similar bill that another senator or legislator created as a result of this petitioning process.

USWGO wants the bill that is introduced in the state of North Carolina be similar to that of HB1160 that has passed both the house of delegates and senate but the governor made a recommendation to only punish those who knowingly enforce the Unconstitutional provisions of the NDAA 2012 law.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of law, no agency of the Commonwealth as defined in § 8.01-385 of the Code of Virginia, political subdivision of the Commonwealth as defined in § 8.01-385 of the Code of Virginia, employee of either acting in his official capacity, or member of the Virginia National Guard or Virginia Defense Force, when such a member is serving in the Virginia National Guard or the Virginia Defense Force on official state duty, shall knowingly aid an agency of the armed forces of the United States in the detention of any citizen pursuant to 50 U.S.C. § 1541 as provided by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (P.L. 112-81, § 1021) if such aid would knowingly place any state agency, political subdivision, employee of such state agency or political subdivision, or aforementioned member of the Virginia National Guard or the Virginia Defense Force in violation of the United States Constitution, the Constitution of Virginia, any provision of the Code of Virginia, any act of the General Assembly, or any regulation of the Virginia Administrative Code.

The provisions of this section shall not apply to participation by state or local law enforcement or Virginia National Guard or Virginia Defense Force in joint task forces, partnerships, or other similar cooperative agreements with federal law enforcement as long as they are not for the purpose of participating in such detentions under § 1021 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012.

We Are Change NC has also decided to fully suite as well in getting a petition movement together but so far not much is happened. When things finally go into motion another news article will be written about the progress of We Are Change NC in getting their members state legislators and senators to either introduce the bill or co-sponsor a similar bill that is already introduced.

The Bilderberg Group appears to meet every four years in the United States of America. According to Infowars the Bilderberg Group will meet in Chantilly, VA from May 31st to June the 3rd in 2012. They are likely meeting at the “Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles hotel, site of the Bilderberg meeting in 2002 and 2008, is fully booked from Thursday May 31st up to and including June 3rd, but has rooms available either side of those dates, suggesting almost certainly that it will be home turf for Bilderberg’s crucial 2012 get-together.” cited from Infowars.

I have called the Fairfax County Police department to tell their dispatch about the criminal Bilderberg Group gathering. I was nervous when I called in so ignore my repeated words of ‘basically’. Other then that I think I did good trying to get the Bilderberg Group arrested, investigated, and prosecuted. I was nervous as hell because I don’t know how dispatch will take it but yet I reported the Bilderberg Group for violation of The Logan Act.

I did manage to take notes on my call with dispatch so everybody can know what exactly happened. So here it is!

Dispatcher: Fairfax county Police and fire dispatcher messenger

Brian D. Hill: I like to basically report that a group of top mafia-style criminals are gonna be meeting in Chantilly, VA from May 31st to June the 3rd.

Dispatcher: Okay! and what kind of criminals?

Brian D. Hill: Basically..Um…let’s see…what section….they have violated 18 U.S.C. Section 500..I mean 953 known as The Logan Act…and I am not sure…(cut to dispatcher)

Dispatcher: What does that state?

Brian D. Hill: hmm.

Dispatcher: What is that?

Brian D. Hill: (I couldn’t explain too well but I did give them as much good information as I could while my mind felt like scrambled eggs. I also used the word basically repeatedly because I was a bit nervous.) Basically the Logan Act is where basically American people can’t meet with foreign dignitaries without..basically private correspondence with foreign governments. Basically they have to express approval from the congress..I’m not sure of too much of it myself but basically it’s called the Bilderberg Group. They’re gonna be meeting at I think the Westfields Marriott, Washington Dulles hotel.

Dispatcher: How many people are gonna be there?

Brian D. Hill: Basically it’s gonna be hundreds of people. It’s gonna be basically top American politicians, financial people, and basically a whole wide variety of corporate tycoons and politicians and basically when any American that attends is violating that law. I heard this from reporter named Jim Tucker or James P. Tucker.

Dispatcher: Okay and what would you like us to do about it at this point?

Brian D. Hill: Basically just investigate like you can speak with James Tucker and he can explain to you more about this criminal gathering and I have his phone number.

So expect to see two to three police cars and maybe a SWAT team at the Bilderberg Group meeting if the detectives and police find evidence that the Bilderberg Group did indeed violate the Logan Act.

A normal 63 year old veteran, who could never have expected a confrontation with the VA Police, was threatened to lose his VA benefits and would have been possibly charged with a felony. His only crime was giving out Political Documentary DVD’s and biblical literature. This all happened at the Sheridan VA Medical Center.

Richard Thorne, a Wyoming veteran that runs his own YouTube channel with 340 subscribers and 227,958 video views, gives out Alex Jones’s Infowars business cards, along with DVDs of Police State 3 which he clearly gave to other veterans at his visit to the VA, and even bible tracts, was treated as a possible enemy combatant and was threatened by police that he would lose his benefits without ever breaking any law.

“First of all this veteran would have been protected under the first Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. He is even protected under the Wyoming State Constitution as well under Article 1 Section 20 which protects Freedom of Speech. Even if this veteran was found to be in violation of federal or state code, he was clearly giving out political documentaries to other veterans which is his right under Freedom of Speech and the freedom of the press which guarantees the right to give out informational material and access it without a criminal penalty. He was clearly within his Constitutional Rights” is my commentary on the situation. It would have been more professional to have a lawyers point of view instead of my own but I just don’t have the luxury of a civil rights attorney freely giving commentary for my articles at the moment.

Now first of all I will go through the entire situation as of what all happened as what he explained to me in an email for this article.

He Passed out several pieces of bible literature with DVDs to other veterans at the VA, he also left some literature in a few waiting areas as well. After he had four teeth pulled he passed out some more literature and then waited for his travel money. He does receive VA benefits. A few minutes later two VA cops dressed in their black uniforms demanded he come with them. Of course he stepped outside of the VA where there were likely no witnesses, so that camera phones don’t catch the attitude of the police there, the two cops started asking him if he had been passing out bible and anti-government literature, yes you heard that right they said anti-government literature. Mr. Thorne answered the cops by telling them that he was passing out bible tracts, a Alex Jones business card, and his Police State 3 DVDs. Then out of nowhere the cops asked if he had any weapons and the cops were told no. Of course in any federal building the patrons are subject to search by security teams so it is pretty hard to believe that any visitor at a federal building would carry a weapon nor even conceal carry when federal buildings already prohibit weapons in the first place. He could hardly talk with the cotton in his mouth and with a surgical mask on. He also walks with a cane because he has arthritis in his ankles and back from a building in 1984. Pretty hard to believe the police would view a 63 year old veteran, that served his country proudly and honorably, that simply gave out political documentary DVDs, as any kind of enemy combatant. Well according to research I found that various Government training manuals and documents have all stated that the possible domestic extremists or terrorists are all activities that would not be a violation of any law or would conform within the U.S. Constitution guidelines. This man is on pain and anti-depressent medication.

Of course this isn’t all of the nightmarish things the VA cops did to the guy. One of the cops confiscated the remaining literature and DVDs he had. Also before he left the police took all of the DVDs that were already given to veterans as if veterans were committing a crime just for accepting a free political documentary DVD from someone that just wanted to educate people and has their own opinion which is their right under the Constitution. Of course there is no crime for having your own opinion. So yes every veteran that received a copy had their free copies taken away even though they didn’t complain. Of course they threatened him with a Homeland Security visit and that they would take him away. Under the NDAA that is now Public Law, they can snatch & grab anyone who is simply accused of being a terrorist without charge or trial and can be indefinitely detained.

They said to him and I quote “You don’t want Homeland Security to pull up in front of your apartment do you?” according to what I heard on The Alex Jones Show. He was literally crying on air. You can also view another video to which he calls into air to explain his nightmarish situation hoping to bring light to what has happened.

The hell didn’t just stop with Homeland Security threats. He was told that he could be charged with a felony for distributing anti-government material on federal land. There is no evidence that Police State 3 is anti-government but simply the police and Homeland Security can simply claim it is anti-government and then people go to prison even though they are suppose to be protected under the first amendment. He was terrified of the incident. He had non-threatening literature and felt he had been wrongly interrogated. He apologized to the police and said it would never happen again. That was when the other cop told him that Homeland Security could show up at his door and take him away. With the passage of the NDAA they could likely disappear this veteran into a black hole. He once again said that he would not bring any literature to the VA again. Then the cops finally decided not to harass him anymore for that day and dismissed him. Then one of the cops gave a jab that he would be watched from now on when he comes to the VA. So that means for the rest of his life he will have the police watch his every move, they will look for any minor law or code violation and likely use that against him as if he really deserves prison time for all the fighting he did for the U.S. military and the loyalty he had for this country.

Of course this isn’t the America we had once been familiar with! Ever since 9/11 and the twin towers fell, common sense fell along with it!

We have sent some questions to the VA and will write a followup article if needed and will also ask for comment from the other side as to their justification for why they did what they did to a 63 year old veteran with a cane.

Now there isn’t just a paper petition gaining almost 100 signatures (97 Signatures as of today) to get the State of North Carolina General Assembly to introduce legislation to Nullify the Unconstitutional provisions of the NDAA 2012 in the state but there is also a Internet petition out as well.

The three targets of this petition are State Senator Philip E. Berger(Mayodan Town Attorney and works at the Berger law firm in Madison and Eden NC), and state representatives Bryan R. Holloway and Bert Jones.

Similar to the paper petition gaining mass amounts of signatures in Rockingham County, the Internet Petitions also hold potential and give more power to the state legislators to finally take action against the corrupt treasonous tyrants that have taken over Washington D.C. and printing funny monopoly money that is called Federal Reserve Notes when I saw in the West Virginia Archives that money used to be either state notes, or Federal/US Notes NOT the funny money under the 1913 private banking Federal Reserve Act that has not only sinked our country into trillions in debt under the interest charges to be able to use their funny money, but also they stole billions in bank bailout money which was engineered to loot America.

Indefinite Detention under the NDAA is highly Unconstitutional and a violation of treaties and laws that the United States of America has passed. It means the absolute despotism and suffrage of the citizens in America similar to Britain before the 1776 American Revolution. The NDAA has no reason to become law as the infiltrated congress now wants the entire world to become a battlefield under the laws of war. This has reaffirmed the reality that the United States under it’s current corrupt Federal Administration has become a defacto Roman Empire. America has become the new Rome before it’s fall!!! The only problem with the Administrations agenda is that it violates every section of the Constitution.

We cannot let these six international corporate private banks pass legislation and lobby for dangerous laws that threaten American citizens. The NDAA threatens Americans with indefinite detention without any charges or trial in the event that any American gains ground in standing up against the mega banks like JP Morgan, Goodman Sachs, Rothschild and Sons, Rockefeller foundation, and other globalist run corporate groups.

This Internet Petition can be accessed on Change.org and ThePetitionSite and I ask that anyone who reads this article share this petition as it will make North Carolina the third state to nullify the NDAA as it protects the bankers that run our politicians here in Washington D.C from the American people that are waking up and getting angry and empowered.

This movement will start with just three states then it will move to the rest of the 50 states here in the United States and empower our states to fight for our Constitution. Doing this will not mean a civil war because our states not just have allegiance to the United States but also to the Constitution and Bill of Rights that is under our Constitution.

North Carolina is afraid to go against the Fed due to their State Constitution Amendment about having allegiance to the Federal Government but that amendment also included the U.S. Constitution. That Amendment does not mean we have to strip butt naked in Aushwitz style camps for public humiliation, it does not mean we let criminals that commit High Treason everyday do what they want, and it does not mean we let federal officers come into our states and rape us. The Constitution and even Federal Law forbids rape, unlawful detention and torture and yet the corrupt elements of our Federal Government conduct those very things everyday. It is NOT secession to stand up against the traitors in our Federal Government but is protecting our Constitution from a group of criminals that have infiltrated every governmental office in the United States to promote and legalize their misdeeds. It is treason for our Government to go against our Constitution and Bill of Rights. Treason is a high crime and any public official that has the cop minions commit high treason as well knowingly should be arrested for high treason.

When the Supreme Court has been infiltrated and the Legislative branch and then the Executive Branch as well has been infiltrated by criminals, then it is the duty and right of the states to enforce our U.S. Constitution and older Supreme Court rulings that made sense before the mighty four most corrupt presidents decided to put Justices that would see things their way (Bush Sr., Bush Jr., Barack Obama, Bill Clinton). One of those rulings is Marbury V. Madison (1803). Newer Supreme Court rulings that take our rights away that conflicts with older Supreme Court rulings are not valid rulings and should not be enforced by the police. It is contradictory rulings that make me wonder what side our Supreme Court is really on, if they side with the facts and our Constitution and then the laws, or if they side with the mega banks that are afraid that they will be arrested for their crimes against Free Humanity so they try to make rape, murder, and torture acceptable as a means to crack down on and destroy any remnants of free humans. The Supreme Court even upheld Executive Orders as if they were laws (Cite: Jesse Ventura’s Conspiracy Theory: Area 51 episode; regular court dismisses lawsuit against the TSA over a secret order) when in reality the president should not ever have the power to enact laws due to the power trips and suffering that can breed from it.

Even the North Carolina State Constitution has an amendment against secret political societies as it threatens a Free Humanity. If the Bilderberg Group had met in NC they would have been possibly arrested for high treason and violating the NC Constitution that is against secret political societies.

It is time for North Carolina to stand up against the NDAA and protect our Constitution of both the state and the U.S. We must not let a group of criminals destroy America forever. If the Feds refuse to stop committing high treason then it is the states that shall hold the traitors accountable for High treason against our republic.

USWGO Founder Brian D. Hill has sent a letter to Rockingham County Sheriff Samuel S. Page of North Carolina begging him to not follow the Unconstitutional and unlawful provisions of the NDAA 2012 law also known as the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2012. Even the Tennessee Sheriffs are cracking down on Federal Agents that have gone wild by wanting to enforce the Indefinite detention portion of the NDAA.

It hasn’t been confirmed as of yet on if he has received the fax or not whenever I called the Sheriffs office number. The Sheriff may respond to my letter which will be big news if he decides to go against the NDAA since I cited the laws which allows him by law to go against the NDAA.

Also a petition has also gone underway to get the towns/cities within the county, the Rockingham County Government, and the state Government of North Carolina to pass resolutions similar to that of HB1160 in the Virginia House of Delegates to Nullify the Unconstitutional provisions of the NDAA since any laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void (Marbury V. Madison Supreme Court ruling).

The NDAA allows for the indefinite detention of U.S. citizens and lawful residents which means the extent of kidnapping/abduction, bestiality of the victims pets under military law, rape and molestation, torture, and other terrible acts would head for anyone who could be suspected of terrorism. The problem is the terrorism definitions can apply to whistleblowers, journalists, reporters, political activists, those that J-Walk, those that go over the speed limit, and those that criticize the Government can be secretly detained and tortured.

Even a FEMA Commander stated to a group of Police and Firefighters that Americas founding fathers and Christians are terrorists according to a leaked video by a Patriotic fire fighter from Missouri according to one of Alex Jone’s films, 9/11 the Road to Tyranny.

This is what the Race Card brings to America, misery and suffering, intimidation and threats, and hurts people. The threat against me did hurt and so I ask that the Obama Admin stop pulling the race card because that is what led to the threat against me. This was never discussed in an article before due to the sensitivity during Obama’s popularity but whenever USWGO first started out it was a free hosted forum and a YouTube channel. Then USWGO started it’s own website in 2009 or 2010. Back whenever USWGO started gaining popularity on YouTube for videos against U.S. President Barack Obama the founder received threats of rape and violence to intimidate him to shut down his Free Speech videos. That email may never be able to be found since it was a very long time ago but USWGO’s Founder has decided to come fourth to bring out the threats against him during the beginning of USWGO.

“Someone who was apart of Black Power a hate group that was a tactic to divide and conquer the masses which helps the generals of the Bilderberg Group and the Illuminati, threatened me. He basically told me via YouTube message that he will rape and kill my family in front of me which scared me but I knew he couldn’t in any way find my home address or even my phone number but it did intimidate me back then.”

Self Created official Press Release!

USWGO Founder and We Are Change NC member Brian D. Hill will give a short speech at the Mayodan Town Council before giving State Senator and Mayodan Town Attorney Phil Berger a copy of the Nullify NDAA petition that was created and printed for the April 9th 2012 town council meeting. After the meeting Mr. Hill plans to give copies to the town council, Mr. Berger, fax to the other towns and cities residing within Rockingham County, email to the entire Rockingham County Board of commissioners, and then NC Representatives Bryan Holloway and Bert Jones.

The Petition draft pages one and two before the signatures got signed in by people pretty much shows the reader of this article the very petition that will be submitted to NC State Senator Phil Berger and NC State Representatives but not the U.S. Senators and congresspeople for the NC District. The NDAA stands for the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2012.

No documentation will be submitted to the town this time as the documentation preparations was just to prove the dangers of the NDAA and even Agenda 21. Now is the time to take action which USWGO is bound to do. First the petition will tackle the NDAA then a petition will be created at a later date against Agenda 21. Internet petitions may be created in the future to deal with the super busy and bribed U.S. members of Congress and Senate (Ron Paul and Rand Paul are excluded from politicians that are bribed and corrupt due to their amazing track-record). FOX8/WGHP and WFMY News 2 (digtriad.com) may show up at the next Mayodan town council meeting on May 14th or interview Mr. Hill separately to explain about the plan of Nullification of corrupt and unconstitutional Federal Laws from the local towns/cities, to the counties, and all the way up to the state government. A Movement has now been started where others in different counties of North Carolina will have the opportunity to start up petitions similar to the official USWGO Nulify-NDAA Petition and contact their regional newspapers and TV Stations to cover their stories as the citizens of North Carolina have a grievance against the NDAA for secret detention and prosecution without a court trial and without a right to legal representation (lawyer, legal counsel, attorney). Contacting USWGO (Email: admin AT uswgo.com) is the first step to getting an email attachment with the petition template to allow others to follow suite and get hundreds of signatures of constituents to get other state senators and representatives to consider co-sponsoring the Nullify-NDAA bill that will be created out of the public support to get the state of North Carolina to nullify the Unconstitutional Federal law of the NDAA (P.L. 112-81).

The process to legally resisting the NDAA Federal law is simple in two ways:

1. The NDAA denies due process which is guaranteed by both the U.S. Constitution and even the State Constitutions that were ratified and confirmed by the Federal Supreme Court.
2. The tenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution allows states to get things done in the event that the corrupt Federal Government refuses to take action on behalf of the American people. If the Federal Government refuses to repeal the unpopular NDAA then we will repeal it by using state powers and government decree. If the Federal Government doesn’t like it then they shouldn’t passed the NDAA and made it law.

Usually the envelopes were given to the town council after the meeting (March 12th) or before the meeting (April 9th) but this time a short 1-2 minute speech will be made regarding the petition signature collecting, the amount of signatures collected, and who will receive a copy of the petition.

The movement can be formed by any citizen in North Carolina in the United States of America. Just send a email and a petition template will be sent. There will be two petition templates. First petition template will be official USWGO Petitions which will be apart of the official USWGO Public records archive with the addresses and phone numbers redacted for privacy of the petition signers. Also the privacy of the petition creator and organizer will also be protected as well with personal information redacted. The official petition organizers will follow the guidelines which will be specified below this paragraph. Organizers can also get a non-official Nullify-NDAA Petition template which they can alter as they wish before printing. The templates will be made available for OpenOffice and Microsoft Office 2010 and 2007 dotx files.

Mr. Hill will get 200 signatures even if 100 is the minimum. The signatures will be collected one way or another by going door to door in each neighborhood block of the entire Mayodan community, getting signatures at town squares at Madison NC and Stoneville, getting more signatures at Reidsville if possible, getting signatures at festivals and events that has a lot of people from the county in one place, and getting signatures from local store business owners as they pay more taxes which gets them more ability to get change to happen in small towns/cities.
