The Texas native says he’s endured harassment and discrimination due to his religious beliefs since joining the military last year. A Muslim soldier from Texas who joined the U.S. Army last year now wants to leave the military, claiming he is a conscientious objector whose devotion to Islam has suffered since he took an oath to defend the United States against all enemies.

Pfc. Naser Abdo, a 20-year-old infantryman assigned to the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Ky., filed for conscientious objector status in June because his faith and the military simply don’t mix, he told FoxNews.com. The Army has deferred his scheduled deployment to Afghanistan.

“Islam is a peaceful religion, it’s not a religion of warfare,” Abdo said. “And it’s not a religion of terror. As a Muslim, we stand against injustice, we stand against discrimination, and I feel it’s my duty as an individual to do this.”

Abdo, the Texas-born son of a Muslim father and a Christian mother, said his relatives and wife stand by his decision and that he will likely refuse to deploy if his application for CO status is denied.

“I was more faithful to God before I joined the military and that’s what kind of stirred me,” he said. Military duties have really consumed every part of my day and did not allow me time to involve myself with the Islamic community to maintain what duties I felt that I owed God. This is really what made me come to the conclusion that I’m not ready to die….

“I knew that if I went to Afghanistan and, God forbid, something were to happen, that my faith was so weak that I wouldn’t be admitted into heaven….

“The conclusion I came to is that I can’t participate in the U.S. military, including any war it’s involved in or any war it will be involved in in the future,” he said.

Fort Campbell spokeswoman Kelly DeWitt said Abdo’s deployment has been deferred, but according to Army regulations he may be deployed to Afghanistan at any time like other members of his unit.

“The Army recognizes that even in our all-volunteer force, a soldier’s moral, ethical or religious beliefs may change over time,” an Army statement read. “The Army and Fort Campbell has procedures in place for soldiers who declare themselves to be conscientious objectors and who apply for conscientious objector status.”

According to documents obtained by The Associated Press, Abdo cited Islamic scholars and verses from the Koran as reasons to seek separation from the Army.

“I realized through further reflection that God did not give legitimacy to the war in Afghanistan, Iraq or any war the U.S. Army would conceivably participate in,” he wrote.

J.E. McNeill, an attorney and executive director of the Center on Conscience and War, a Washington-based group that defends the rights of conscientious objectors, said it’s difficult to predict the chances that Abdo’s application will be approved. But on the surface, she said, it appears Abdo’s case meets the standard for conscientious objector status.

“What he has to show is that he’s opposed to war in any form,” she said. “So the question is, is he opposed to any war or is he opposed to [Iraq and Afghanistan]?”

Applications for conscientious objectors — defined by Army Regulation 600-43 as a person who is “sincerely opposed, because of religious or deeply held moral or ethical (not political, philosophical, or sociological) beliefs, to participating in war in any form” — can take up to six months to process. Approval rates in the Army over the last seven years have averaged 58 percent. Across all U.S. military branches, 53 percent of conscientious objector status applications were approved from 2002 through 2006.

Of the 1.4 million enlisted U.S. military personnel as of Sept. 30, 2009, less than half of 1 percent identified themselves as Muslim, according to military statistics, and roughly the same rate of U.S. Army soldiers identified themselves as Muslim. Religious affiliation for military personnel currently serving in Iraq or Afghanistan was not available since servicemembers are not required to disclose that information.

Citing Army regulations, Abdo’s attorney, James Branum, said Abdo will be interviewed by a chaplain and a psychologist prior to an informal hearing with an investigating officer, who will recommend whether to approve or deny the application.

If the claim is denied, Branum said Abdo could re-file with new evidence; seek to take the matter to a federal civilian court; refuse to deploy or drop the matter altogether. He acknowledged that Abdo could go to jail if he refuses to obey orders to deploy.

“We’re trying to avoid that kind of showdown,” Branum told FoxNews.com. “At this moment, Abdo is in a place where he’s not going to violate his conscience.”

Branum said he’s received a “fair number” of emails regarding Abdo’s case, some of which he said included death threats against the soldier and suggestions that his citizenship be revoked.

Abdo, for his part, said he has endured harassment, discrimination and intimidation due to his religious beliefs since joining the military, particularly during basic training at Fort Benning in Georgia. He also claimed to be the target of “resentment” from fellow soldiers due to his prayer schedule.

“Some of them would say I hate Jews, some of them even asked me, ‘Would you kill your own family? Are you sure you’re not on the wrong side?’” Abdo said. “It was daily. It was daily for sure.”

A website detailing Abdo’s situation has resulted in roughly 15 donations totaling about $250 for his legal defense. He’s also received dozens of messages protesting his decision, which he said were “disgusting and hateful.”

“You make me sick,” read one message. “You make everyone I know sick.”

Another message read: “I am not sure why you joined the Army to begin with, but as an Army Wife here at Fort Campbell, KY, I wouldn’t want someone like you deploying with MY husband. It’s good to stand by your religion and beliefs and I would be lying if I said I understood what they are, because I don’t.”

Abdo said he understands the dissension.

“By no means am I expecting a standing ovation,” he said.

BREAKING: The Coast Guard is saying that a mile-long oil sheen is spreading from the site off an offshore petroleum platform that exploded in the Gulf of Mexico off Louisiana.

Previous story:

An offshore petroleum rig exploded and was burning Thursday in the Gulf of Mexico about 80 miles south of Vermilion Bay.

A spokesman for the Coast Guard told Fox News Radio that all 13 crew members on the rig are alive and have been safely accounted for. One person was injured in the blast, though the extent of that worker’s injury was not known.

Authorities have not been able to confirm whether oil was leaking from the site.

Coast Guard Petty Officer Casey Ranel said the blast was reported by a commercial helicopter company about 9:30 a.m. CDT on Thursday.

Seven Coast Guard helicopters, two airplanes and three cutters were dispatched to the scene from New Orleans, Houston and Mobile, Ala. The Coast Guard said some of those from the rig were spotted in emergency flotation devices.

“Thirteen people were seen huddled together in the water wearing gumby suits or immersion suits, water protection suits, so we were able to confirm that all people were accounted for,” Coast Guard spokesman Chief Petty Officer John Edwards said.

The platform, known as Vermilion Oil Platform 380, is owned by Mariner Energy of Houston, according to a homeland security operations update obtained by The Associated Press. The platform was not producing oil and gas, according to the operations report.

Melissa Schwartz, spokeswoman for Bureau of Energy Management Regulation and Enforcement, said the platform was authorized to produce oil and gas at this water depth but had not been recently in active production.

“There were ongoing maintenance activities under way,” she said, adding it was in approximately 340 feet of water. Authorities have not confirmed whether oil was leaking from the site.

White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said President Barack Obama was in a national security meeting and did not know whether Obama had been informed of the Mariner explosion.

“We obviously have response assets ready for deployment should we receive reports of pollution in the water,” Gibbs said.

A call to the company seeking comment was not immediately returned.

Mariner Energy focuses on oil and gas exploration and production in the Gulf of Mexico. In April, Apache Corp., another independent petroleum company, announced plans to buy Mariner in a cash-and-stock deal valued at $3.9 billion, including the assumption of about $1.2 billion of Mariner’s debt. That deal is pending. A company report said the well was drilled in the third quarter of 2008.

Responding to an oil spill in shallow water is much easier than in deep water, where crews depend on remote-operated vehicles to access equipment on the sea floor.

The Deepwater Horizon rig leased by BP was in about 5,000 feet of water when it exploded and sank in April, killing 11 workers and triggering a leak of about 206 million gallons of oil.

The Mariner platform is about 200 miles west of BP’s blown out Macondo well. On Friday, BP was expected to begin the process of removing the cap and failed blowout preventer, another step toward completion of a relief well that would complete the choke of the well.

With a number of polls showing a sustained level of opposition to the Democrats’ health care reform efforts more than five months after passage, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said the Obama administration has “a lot of reeducation to do” heading into the midterms.

While some surveys – namely the Kaiser Family Foundation monthly tracking poll – have suggested an uptick in support for the reforms, most other surveys continue to show a steady level of opposition to the new law that remains higher than the favorable opinions of it.

“Unfortunately, there still is a great deal of confusion about what is in [the reform law] and what isn’t,” Sebelius told ABC News Radio in an interview Monday.

“So, we have a lot of reeducation to do,” Sebelius said.

The words “homeland security” are found 41 times in the text of the bill S. 510, also known as the Food Safety Modernization Act.  Unprecedented powers over food are set to be handed over to Homeland Security if the bill is not stopped.

The bill opens opens the door to even more federal control over the everyday lives of American citizens.  Since they are already engaging in organic raw milk raids without the increased powers of S. 510, the question is going to be how many more guns-drawn raids are we to expect after the bill becomes law?

It gets worse.  Not only does the bill grant the FDA more power, Michael R. Taylor was named deputy commissioner for foods at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in January 2010.

Naked photographs of a senior Manitoba judgAugust 31, 2010e engaged in bondage are part of a man’s complaints to legal watchdogs about the judge’s past and that of her husband, CBC News has learned.

A formal complaint was filed in July with the Canadian Judicial Council against Lori Douglas, associate chief justice of Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench (family division). Another complaint has been lodged with Manitoba’s Law Society against Douglas’s husband, Jack King, 64, a Winnipeg family lawyer.

The complainant, computer specialist Alexander Chapman, 44, alleges that King harassed him in 2003 by pressing him to have sex with Douglas, who was a lawyer at the time.

Over several weeks, Chapman said King showed him about 30 sexually explicit photos of Douglas, showing her naked in various forms of bondage, in chains, with sex toys and performing oral sex.

Chapman said he became so bothered by King’s overtures that he began sleeping at his St. Mary Avenue office, pretending he was too busy with work to meet Douglas.

King’s lawyer, Bill Gange, said King was suffering from depression at the time and didn’t tell his wife that he had shown the pictures to anyone – or that he had posted the photos on a porn website.

An Ottawa legal expert said that even if Douglas, who was appointed a judge in 2005, was the unwitting victim of a scheme, the presence of the photos on the internet raises issues about her ability to perform as a judge.

“If pictures of you naked end up on an internet site, it’s quite difficult to say you have the credibility to be a judge,” said Sébastien Grammond, dean of civil law at the University of Ottawa.

Grammond said a judge ultimately represents the ideal of justice and therefore the judge’s conduct and image reflect on the justice system as a whole. The judge is, in a sense, the embodiment of the justice system, something the Supreme Court has noted in a past judgment.

Grammond doubts that Douglas would have been appointed a judge if she had disclosed the fact that there were nude photographs of her on the internet in her application.

There is a question in the application that asks, “Is there anything in your past or present which could reflect negatively on yourself or the judiciary and which should be disclosed?”

“I think the facts are sufficiently suspect to warrant disclosure and to raise very important questions as to whether such a person should have been appointed a judge,” Grammond said.

Douglas has refused to comment to CBC News on the allegations.

‘Disgusting’ pictures
Chapman said he first met Douglas’s husband, Jack King, in 2002, when he retained him from the Winnipeg law firm Thompson Dorfman Sweatman to handle his divorce.

Five months later, Chapman said King invited him out for a drink and mentioned a porn website devoted to interracial sex, particularly between black men and white women.

“He was talking to me about websites and stuff, and … he gave me a website to go to called Darkcavern.com,” said Chapman, who is black and originally from Trinidad.

King supplied him with a password, Chapman said, and told him to look at a section called “Our White Princesses,” where white women post photos to attract black men. Numerous nude photos of King’s wife, who was a lawyer at the same firm her husband worked at, were posted there, Chapman said.

“I wanted to puke,” Chapman said. “[The pictures] were disgusting. I couldn’t believe my lawyer was doing this to me.”

It apparently wasn’t the first time King sought out a black man to have sex with his wife. An ad on the Darkcavern site, seen by CBC News, shows nude photos of Douglas and seeks a “smooth black male or Mexican” to join the couple during an trip to Cancun in February 2002.

The ad specifies that the man is wanted “to seduce her with the intent of getting her enmeshed in the submissive, multi-partner, interracial sex scene.”

“Husband will help and facilitate,” it goes on to say.

Photos of Douglas have since been removed from the Darkcavern site.

‘He looked at me as being a sex object’
Over the next few weeks, Chapman said King sent him more pictures of his wife and continued to encourage him to engage in a sexual relationship with her.

Ethics and legality
CBC News presented some of the key facts of this story to a number of law and ethics experts across Canada, without revealing the identities of those involved. Here is a sampling of their opinions:

Prof. Arthur Schafer, director of the Centre for Professional and Applied Ethics at the University of Manitoba, says the story raises questions about the responsibility of all the lawyers involved.

If a member of the legal community were to pose for risqué pictures, even in the privacy of their own home, it would be “wildly imprudent and reckless” behaviour for a lawyer, nevermind for a potential or future judge.

Schafer says if someone disclosed this to the committee vetting an application, “it is inconceivable that a lawyer who discloses this would become a judge.” If no disclosure was made, that would also be problematic.

In either case, there are public interest questions raised that need to be answered, he said.

Wayne MacKay, a law professor at Dalhousie University in Halifax, says in circumstances like these, it is important for judicial candidates to disclose all relevant information beforehand. If pictures have appeared online, it raises serious questions.

“In spite of the fact that it’s obviously private – and judges still do have the right to a private life – that kind of picture when it’s public, and that kind of information when public, I think it would clearly bring the judicial system or the administration of justice in question, or at least in some people’s mind diminish the court’s image.”

Alice Woolley, associate law professor at the University of Calgary, said: “What you do in your bedroom is your business, regardless of whether or not you’re a judge.”

But because these pictures went on the internet, it takes it to a whole new realm, Woolley said. If a prospective judge had been involved in such a situation, it would be inappropriate based on our current norms of judging. The applicant would have to disclose it on their application.

“That person ought to have known that having been in that position they weren’t an appropriate candidate for a Superior Court appointment,” said Annalise Acorn, a law and ethics professor at the University of Alberta.

“I don’t think that a person would have the authority to judge others, to send people to jail, to award high amounts of money in damage awards when they had that kind of compromising materials about themselves out in the public sphere,” she said, stressing that it doesn’t matter whether the individual put them in the public sphere themselves or not.

Chapman said he was emotionally distraught by the advances and didn’t know how to handle his lawyer’s persistent proposals. “As a black person, a black guy, I’m really sad that he looked at me as being a sex object.”

He said he didn’t have enough money to switch lawyers and had been warned by a judge not to delay his divorce case any further.

As Chapman’s divorce was wrapping up, he said he eventually agreed to meet King and his wife at a Winnipeg restaurant, fearing his lawyer would not properly represent him if he didn’t comply. King left Chapman alone with Douglas, and they chatted, according to Chapman’s July 14, 2010, complaint to the Manitoba Law Society. In his complaint, Chapman described the meeting as feeling like “a first date.”

Chapman said the couple invited him to their home in Birds Hill, northeast of Winnipeg, but he never went and he denies ever having sexual relations with Douglas.

When his divorce concluded, Chapman said he filed a complaint to the managing partners at Thompson Dorfman Sweatman. Soon after the complaint, King left the firm.

Chapman decides to come forward
Chapman received a $25,000 cash payment from King in return for promises not to take legal action against King and his partners. As part of the settlement, Chapman said he was required to not speak about the matter and to destroy all emails, photos and other materials sent to him by King. He said he signed, but kept the material.

After seven years of silence, however, Chapman decided to come forward, saying he felt distraught about the matter for a long time and worried it may have influence in civil court cases he’s involved in, which is related to the divorce he obtained in 2003. CBC News has seen no evidence of such influence.

Chapman said he plans to sue both Douglas and King for sexual harassment and discrimination.

“I decided I’m tired of protecting Lori Douglas, Jack King and all these people in a legal field who conduct themselves inappropriately and get away with it,” Chapman said.

Douglas unaware of posting: lawyer
Gange, King’s lawyer, citing King’s depression at the time, said the events Chapman alleges were part of an isolated incident and that King’s wife didn’t know he was soliciting a client to have sex with her. Gange said Douglas also was unaware her husband was posting pictures online.

Gange told CBC News King took time off work on a sick leave after his interaction with Chapman, and was put under the care of a doctor. Gange said King’s behaviour at the time is not in any way consistent with his behaviour before or since.

King, in a letter to the Manitoba Law Society, acknowledged that he did meet and talk about sex with Chapman, but only after Chapman obtained his divorce in April 2003. He said Chapman would often initiate the conversations.

“At no time did I have an impression that Mr. Chapman felt uncomfortable having these discussions with me,” King wrote in the letter, dated Aug. 12, 2010.

He acknowledged that he talked about the possibility of Chapman having an affair with Douglas, but denied that she had knowledge of it.

“I do regret that I had any conversations or any contact at all with Mr. Chapman that did not relate strictly to his divorce issues,” he said. “I apologized to Mr. Chapman through Mr. Gange upon being advised that my conduct had offended Mr. Chapman.”

He said he was coping with the deaths of his best friend and his brother at the time.

A spokesperson for Thompson Dorfman Sweatman said King quit the firm after the alleged incident on the advice of his doctor.

Douglas remained a partner at Thompson Dorfman Sweatman until 2005, when she was appointed to the Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench. She was later named associate chief justice and now sits on the Canadian Judicial Council, an agency that sets policies for the federal judicial system.

The council is the same agency that hears complaints about the conduct of federally appointed judges, and the same agency Chapman sent his complaint to.

Because Douglas is a judge, the council is the only professional body that can hear a complaint against her.

A Canadian Judicial Council complaint investigation typically takes three months.

A federally appointed judge can only be removed upon order of Parliament.

Benedict Arnold like Barack Obama persuaded people that the Government was not against them or too powerful even though that was a lie, and that the King (Obama) has granted the request of freedom and hardly any taxes as long as people swear an Oath of loyalty to the King of Britain even though there’s a chance the King (Obama) can simply prevent another uprising in the future and then oppress the people again. So the people did not accept Benedict Arnold’s betrayal and instead the people went on with their Revolution to free themselves from British rule and the country became the United States of America.

The Kansas City Star published an article stating that the new flu vaccines are available and that everyone should get one. The opening phrase sets a strange tone, “Just after the news that “swine flu” is no longer a global threat, it’s time to roll up our sleeves for another shot.”

The article continues:

These are some of the concerns you can lay to rest.

•No need to worry about the safety of H1N1 vaccine. While some worried last year that the shot for this novel virus hadn’t been tested adequately, Norman said: “I think we feel a terrific amount of comfort with the H1N1 vaccine. … It has a very, very favorable safety profile.”

•No need to worry about getting a shot too early, experts said. Immunity is good for at least six months — enough to get through peak flu season — and perhaps as long as a year.

•No need to worry about shortages. Without glitches, plenty of shots and nasal spray should be available.

While this article may ignore the countless studies and incidents reported around the world of severe and sometimes deadly side effects of the vaccine, it also ignores the heart of people’s concerns. Australia banned the vaccine after children suffered serious side-effects, Finland suspended swine flu shots after they were linked with neurological disorder, and the Telegraph reported on links between flu jabs and “fits” in children under 5. These concerns aren’t addressed by the article calling for everyone to roll up their sleeve and take the shot.

There is a glimmer of hope. The reader comments are almost entirely made up of statements against vaccines citing the same concerns that have been covered up by most of the mainstream media. One comment states, “Sweden’s Medical Products Agency (MPA) has started to investigate H1N1 vaccine Pandemrix, which has been linked to narcoleptic on the request of the European Commission.” Another says, “Here they go again, they tried it last year and a few suckers ran and got it. Thankfully more people now have done the research and discovered that this shot is not safe and you should avoid it at all cost. However, like PT Barnum, ‘a sucker is born every minute’……”

This is a clear sign that people are waking up and learning to question and research what they hear. While many news sources would make the vaccines sound completely safe, they continually deny the fact that there are very real dangers associated with them. In many cases, the cure can be worse than the disease.

(NaturalNews) A product survey conducted by The Independent found that the toxic chemical bisphenol-A (BPA) is used in 18 on the 20 top-selling canned food products in the United Kingdom.

BPA is one of the most widely produced chemicals in the world. It is used to harden plastic in everything from infant and water bottles to mobile phone and computer casings, and also to make linings for cans of food, beverages and infant formula. Yet a growing body of research has implicated the chemical as an endocrine (hormone) disruptor that can lead to cancer, birth defects, behavioral problems and other diseases.

The FDA recently reversed its position on the safety of BPA, acknowledging concern over the chemical’s effects on the development and brains of infants and young children. This move sparked a new, still-ongoing review of the chemical’s safety by the European Food Safety Authority. The British Food Standards Agency still maintains that BPA poses no health risks.

The Independent surveyed manufacturers General Mills, Heinz, Spam, Asda, Baxters, John West, Princes, Premier Foods, Sainsburys and Tesco about the use of BPA in the liners of several of their canned food products. Together, the 20 products represented account for £921 million ($1.4 billion) in sales, or 43 percent of the total for all canned food sold in the United Kingdom.

Every manufacturer sold at least one product lined with BPA. The only cans not lined with the chemical were those containing Tesco canned fruit and Tesco Value tomato products. Yet Tesco and Tesco Value canned fish both came in cans lined with BPA.

Other top-selling products in BPA-lined cans included soups, baked beans, corned beef, canned pies, chopped ham, long spaghetti and Green Giant Niblets.

Claire Dimmer of Breast Cancer UK called for manufacturers to clearly label all cans that are lined with BPA.

“Otherwise it’s impossible for us to make a decision on ways of limiting our and our families’ exposure to this chemical,” she said.

Are we witnessing the slow but certain death of cash in this generation?  Is a truly cashless society on the horizon?  Legislation currently pending in the Mexican legislature would ban a vast array of large cash transactions, but the truth is that Mexico is far from alone in trying to restrict cash. All over the world, governments are either placing stringent reporting requirements on large cash transactions or they are banning them altogether. We are being told that such measures are needed to battle illegal drug traffic, to catch tax evaders and to fight the war on terror. But are we rapidly getting to the point where we will have no financial privacy left whatsoever? Should we just accept that we have entered a time when the government will watch, track and trace all financial transactions? Is it inevitable that at some point in the near future ALL transactions will go through the banking system in one form or another (check, credit card, debit card, etc.)?

The truth is that we now live at a time when people who use large amounts of cash are looked upon with suspicion. In fact, authorities in many countries are taught that anyone involved in a large expenditure of cash is trying to hide something and is probably a criminal.

And yes, a lot of criminals do use cash, but millions upon millions of normal, law-abiding citizens simply prefer to use cash as well.  Should we take the freedom to use cash away from the rest of us just because a small minority abuses it?

Unfortunately, the freedom to use cash is being slowly stripped away from us in an increasingly large number of countries.

In fact, as countries like Mexico “tighten the noose” around big-ticket cash purchases, our freedom to use cash is going to erode rather rapidly.

The following is a summary of some of the very tight restrictions being placed on large cash transactions around the globe right now….

Mexico

In Mexico, a bill before the legislature would completely ban the purchase of real estate in cash.  In addition, the new law would ban anyone from spending more than MXN 100,000 (about $7,700) in cash on vehicles, boats, airplanes and luxury goods.

$7,700 is not a very high limit, and this legislation has some real teeth to it.  Anyone violating this law would face up to 15 years in prison.

Greece

In Europe, some of the “austerity packages” being introduced in various European nations include very severe restrictions on the use of cash.

In Greece, all cash transactions above 1,500 euros are being banned starting next year.  The following is a comment by Greek Finance Minister George Papaconstantinou at a press conference discussing the new austerity measures as reported by Reuters….

“From 1. Jan. 2011, every transaction above 1,500 euros between natural persons and businesses, or between businesses, will not be considered legal if it is done in cash. Transactions will have to be done through debit or credit cards”

Italy

Even Italy has gotten into the act.  As part of Italy’s new “austerity measures”, all cash transactions over 5,000 euros will be banned.  It is said this is being done to crack down on tax evasion, but even if this is being done to take down the mafia this is still quite severe.

The United States

The U.S. government has not banned any large cash transactions, and hopefully it will not do so any time soon, but it sure has burdened large cash transactions with some heavy-duty reporting requirements.

For example, your bank is required to file a currency transaction report with the government for every deposit, withdrawal or exchange over $10,000 in cash.

Not only that, but if a bank “knows, suspects, or has reason to suspect” that a transaction involving at least $5,000 is “suspicious”, then another report must be filled out.   This second type of report is known as a suspicious activity report, and it is also filed with the government.

But the reporting does not stop there.  As Jeff Schnepper explained in an article for MSN Money, if you are in business and you receive over $10,000 in cash in a single transaction you must report it to the IRS or you will go to prison…..

If you’re in a business and receive more than $10,000 in cash from a single transaction, or from related transactions within a 12-month period, you have to file Form 8300 and report the buyer to the IRS. Don’t file, and you go to jail.

The IRS isnt kidding. I had a client who was a dealer in Corvette sports cars. He told me he didnt have time to file the forms. I told him several times to file. He thought he knew better. He went to jail. So did his children who were involved in the business.

This is very, very serious.

Just because someone forgets to file a certain form with the IRS, that person can go do serious jail time?

Yes.

According to Schnepper, quite a few Americans have already received very substantial sentences for this kind of thing….

In fiscal 2004, the Internal Revenue Service initiated 1,789 criminal investigations. There were 1,304 indictments and 687 convictions — and an 89.1% incarceration rate. The average sentence: 63 months.

In fiscal 2005, the IRS started 4,269 investigations, winning 2,406 indictments and 2,151 convictions and an 83% incarceration rate. Average sentence: 42 months.

The reality is that governments around the world are getting very, very sensitive about large amounts of cash and they are not messing around.

They don’t want all of us running around with big piles of cash.  They want our money in the banks where they can track it, trace it and keep a close eye on it.

On the one hand, it is a good thing to catch criminals and terrorists, but on the other hand how much privacy and freedom are we willing to lose just so that we can feel a little safer?

And as cash becomes criminalized, are all of us going to be forced into the banking system whether we like it or not?  If we cannot pay for things in cash, what other choices are we going to have?

The truth is that the more you think about this issue, the more disturbing it becomes.

Cases of debilitating illnesses, soft-kill side-effects and even instant deaths as a result of vaccinations across the world are skyrocketing as the cover-up of deadly inoculations implodes and more people than ever become suspicious about what they are being injected with by health authorities who have proven they cannot be trusted.

The implosion of the vaccine cover-up is sure to discourage more parents from vaccinating their children in the coming months, with the swine flu shot now being combined with the regular seasonal flu jab. A recent Rasmussen poll found that 52 per cent of Americans were concerned about the safety of vaccines as we approach the start of school and college terms, where many children and teenagers will be “required” to take shots before they can attend.

A global revolt against dangerous vaccines is brewing following a series of cases where children have been killed as a direct result of inoculations.

A measles vaccination program in India was halted after four children died almost immediately after receiving the shot. “Four children died within minutes of receiving a vaccine for measles followed by drops of Vitamin A solution on Saturday,” reports MedGuru.

Indian newspaper reports carried eyewitness accounts of what happened. “The four children were reported to have fainted soon after they were vaccinated and witnesses reported seeing the children’s eyes roll back as they began to have seizures,” reports Blitz.

Furious villagers reacted to the tragedy by going on a rampage, attacking health workers and holding government doctors hostage.

Health professionals and doctors with government ties were also blamed in Finland and Sweden after a H1N1 vaccination program was halted following a 300 per cent increase in cases of the neurological disorder narcolepsy amongst children and young people who had received the shot over the last six months.

According to Kari Lankinen, head physician of the Finnish Medicines Agency, doctors were complicit in hiding the link between the swine flu shot and narcolepsy and did so to advance their careers.

Meanwhile, concerned mothers whose daughters have been injured or killed by the Gardasil vaccine have put together a website that documents the truth about how the vaccine has killed and injured thousands of young girls since it was introduced in 2006. Thousands of teenagers have suffered adverse reactions and at least 71 have died from the vaccine since the HPV program was launched four years ago.

The global vaccine cover-up took a massive blow after it was confirmed that the 2009 swine flu outbreak was, as we predicted from the start, a contrived scam centered around making vast profits for pharmaceutical companies while endangering the health of the public.

As we reported earlier this year, Chair of the Council of Europe’s Sub-committee on Health Wolfgang Wodarg’s investigation into the 2009 swine flu outbreak found that the pandemic was a fake hoax manufactured by pharmaceutical companies in league with the WHO.

Wodarg said that governments were “threatened” by special interest groups within the pharmaceutical industry as well as the WHO to buy the vaccines and inject their populations without any reasonable scientific reason for doing so, and yet in countries like Germany and France only around 6 per cent took the vaccine despite enough being available to cover 90 per cent of the population.

Wodarg said there was “no other explanation” for what happened than the fact that the WHO worked in cahoots with the pharmaceutical industry to manufacture the panic in order to generate vast profits, agreeing with host Alex Jones that the entire farce was a hoax.

He also explained how health authorities were “already waiting for something to happen” before the pandemic started and then exploited the virus for their own purposes.

Professor Ulrich Keil, director of the World Health Organization’s Collaborating Centre for Epidemiology, also slammed the swine flu epidemic as an overblown “angst campaign”, devised in conjunction with major drug companies to boost profits for vaccine manufacturers.

As Natural News’ Mike Adams reported, several members of the Emergency Committee expert panel that advised the World Health Organization (WHO) during the swine flu scare were receiving financial support from pharmaceutical manufacturers either during or prior to the epidemic.

Both H1N1 and seasonal flu shots have been linked with a number of different side-effects across the globe, including Guillain-Barré Syndrome as well as dystonia, a paralyzing neurological disorder.

The seasonal flu vaccine has also been linked with convulsions and fits in under-5’s.

Many batches of the swine flu vaccine included squalene and mercury amongst their ingredients, two substances that have been directly connected with the explosion of autism amongst children as well as other diseases. Individuals within government and the military were privileged to receive additive free shots that did not include these substances. German Chancellor Angela Merkel and government ministers, as well as German soldiers, were amongst those who received access to the so-called “friendly” version of the vaccine.

In order to head off legal claims for side-effects caused by the swine flu vaccination program, the U.S. government provided vaccine makers with blanket legal immunity before the shots began to be dispersed.

Citing concerns over safety, Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Health Minister Ewa Kopacz, with the broad support of the public, ensured that Poland was the only country in the world to completely reject the H1N1 vaccine.

“We are making this decision only in the interest of the Polish patient and the taxpayer,” Tusk said. “We will not take part because it’s not honest and it’s not safe for the patient.”

In a 2008 trial for a bird flu vaccine, three Polish doctors and six nurses faced criminal charges after the vaccine killed 21 homeless people who were participating in the test.

The Czech Republic rejected a swine flu vaccine produced by pharmaceutical manufacturer Baxter after the company was caught shipping vaccines contaminated with deadly live H5N1 avian flu virus to 18 countries by a lab at an Austrian branch of Baxter.

Given the routinely stated goal on behalf of mega-rich foundations that fund vaccination programs around the world, such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation, to use vaccines as a way of sterilizing the planet’s population as part of the global eugenics soft-kill assault on humanity, it’s unsurprising that as more people become aware of this agenda, take-up rates of new as well as seasonal vaccines continue to decline.

As Jurriaan Maessen recently documented in his Infowars exclusive, in its 1968 yearly report, the Rockefeller Foundation acknowledged funding the development of so-called “anti-fertility vaccines” and their implementation on a mass-scale.

This program was then launched by a group that was created under auspices of the World Health Organization, World Bank and UN Population Fund entitled “Task Force on Vaccines for Fertility Regulation”. In the 1990’s, the WHO was mired in controversy after it distributed a “tetanus vaccine” to poor girls and women in the third world that was contaminated with human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG), a hormone that induces involuntary abortion.

During a TED conference earlier this year, Bill Gates openly stated that vaccines would be used to lower the earth’s population in the name of combating climate change. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is one of the major funders of vaccine research and production in the third world.

Warning that the global population was heading towards 9 billion, Gates said, “If we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services (abortion), we could lower that by perhaps 10 or 15 per cent.”

Quite how an improvement in health care and vaccines that supposedly save lives would lead to a lowering in global population is an oxymoron, unless Gates was referring to vaccines that sterilize people, which is precisely the same method advocated in White House science advisor John P. Holdren’s 1977 textbook Ecoscience, which calls for a dictatorial “planetary regime” to enforce draconian measures of population reduction via all manner of oppressive techniques, including sterilization.

With people globally becoming increasingly aware of the role of vaccines in the agenda to reduce world population, the cover-up of debilitating diseases, soft kill side-effects, and instant fatalities as a result of vaccinations will continue to implode, until authorities are forced by law to implement vastly more stringent screening procedures and remove the toxic additives from vaccines that are causing these deaths and diseases.
