Hill)Why are the criminal elitists of our government doing all these stupid things, passing all these stupid Orwellian laws, and bringing around more military helicopters like the ones flying near my house? They are conditioning us to not resist and to be completely complacent like soft completely obedient sheep that don’t think, don’t love, don’t feel, but to just accept orders from their masters that think they are higher then even god.

That is why our government is passing all these stupid laws, wanting to record any guns we own, and make it illegal for us to own a gun so that we will always be compliant and never think for ourselves, or take responsibility, and let Big Brother, or let Uncle Momma (Uncle Sam wants to be your momma) handle everything.

That is the future if people just sit there and comply with every little government request instead of peacefully resisting or being disobedient to the establishment. It will become exactly as George Orwell predicted as there will be no checks and balances.  Sometimes being a little disobedient isn’t wrong in fact it’s a must because if we think the law is right all the time we will be completely consumed by it then every little microscopic of your live will be watched, regulated, and controlled.

Sometimes you have to taken down the governments, sometimes you have to protest, and sometimes you have to disobey some stupid laws because without any form of rebellion a government will and can do whatever it likes and that creates totally unrestricted, unchallenged power.

If you believe a law is wrong stand up against it peacefully and fight it to the core and remember if a government is afraid of the people there’s liberty and if the people are afraid of the government there’s tyranny.

Michael Moore and Obama forgot to bring out that one of the very biggest health care crises starters is the Rockefellers that invested in the pharmaceuticals which is turn needs to generate a profit so in order to generate massive profits for all pharmaceutical products it goes into two detailed steps, (1) keeping people sick and making the sickness worse, (2)prevent any kind of cures, and keeping the illness incurable for maximum profit. Because of those two steps the whole health care system has become bloated with sick and obese people because of the Rockefellers sad and sucessful profitable system of keeping people sick forever. They will patent, kill, threaten, arrest, and sue anybody who becomes a threat to the neo-nazi style establishments of using humans as health care cash cows and possibly ethnic specific viruses to attack specific genders and races, and also to give and attack those that have DNA flaws or susceptibilities.

First I will explain the first step of keeping Americans sick so they are reliant on either good insurance or socialized medicine for maximum control.

(1)keeping the people sick and dependent on drugs, and step b of step 1 to0 make sickness worse until death:

To successfully keep people sick all vitamins must be suppressed or toxify the vitamins which people are now reliant on to heal their bodies to create invisible sickness by corrupting the DNA and create plagues to create a dependence on drugs and medicine which has been bio-engineered to cause other serious side effects to force the doctor to prescribe more drugs to create maximum profits for the pharmaceutical industry.

According the Brian’s 10 commandments of maximum profit of exploiting the sick the Rockefellers use theory:

This 10 Big Pharma Executive commandments theory I have set up is ones the Rockefellers and high ups of Big Pharma use to keep tabs on all that, or will fall prey to the drug and medication traps. There may not be a list of things like this but the contents within this list is highly likely used by Big Pharma everyday to maintain maximum profits.

1. Do as you can to keep the patient sick while giving him hope of cures and deception that their conditions are improving
2. Make sure all drugs and medicines that have life threatening side effects to be approved by the FDA by whatever means
3. Use whatever is within your power to make cures preventable to keep all patients dependent on drugs and medicine
4. After securing 100% complete dependency on drugs, and medicines start raising the prices of medicines, and regulate rights to grow, use, or even create drugs for maximum profit
5. Create police forces to go after alternative herbal companies, drug growers, and restrict the profits of drugs to a few elite entities.
6. Start promoting all companies to make food unhealthy, and promote pollutants in all healthy foods to create more health problems. Threaten any media outlet that wants to expose this
7. Start bio-engineering manmade viruses while concocting vaccinations with dangerous preservatives known to cause incurable illnesses and other serous health issues.
8. Start restricting and controlling all medical knowledge doctors to learn to cater to the high ups of Big Pharma and not to peoples own health. That way doctors may look like they do mean and evil stuff and will get the blame for everything big pharma does.
9. Allow some pharmaceutical content to be deposited into all of the nations water supplies to cause more health problems which is also maximum profits for the high ups of big pharma.
10. Everything is not about the health of the average citizen but to maximize profits for the high ups of the Pharmaceutical foundations, and no moral exception.

The ten Big Pharma commandments are used and abused to keep all health care users under complete control then doctors are taught to tell people that submitting to drugs and accepting your health problems, while waiting for decades for cures that will never come, will set you free yet you always feel as though your a slave to the medications yet you feel as though there’s nothing you can do.

It’s a known fact that FDA approved (The ones the DEA won’t go after) are all filled with many nasty side effects, even a great grandmother was fired for refusing any kind of flu shots even though her and her husband was afraid of the nasty side effects the police didn’t care about her which is expected with the Rockefeller controlled pharmaceutical industry.

Now back to why Michael Moore’s idea of Preventive care is a horrible idea because it will mean the government under the guise of reducing health care costs to force all vaccinations and drugs which will cause more side effects for the government to pay your doctor to treat which will further burden the costs of medical care and only worsen the situation.

Now onto the (2) step, prevent any kind of cures, and keeping the illness incurable for maximum profit:

All cures are a threat to big pharma, all treatments that may cure a illness are a threat to big pharma, any cheap or makeshift treatment is a threat to big pharma, and any that show must be eliminated by any possible means, FDA, DEA, police drug sniffing dogs, patents, threats, attacks, homicide, and any other means and methods to get rid of the threat to big pharmas profits.

That is all Big Pharma thinks about is how to keep their profits going because if they have a cure for cancer then all of the sudden no more chemotherapy, no more people hoping to be saved when they can just simply be cured, and no more childrens hospitals for children with cancer since cancer will be no more.

The way Big Pharma concocts all of these plans up there’s no wonder why we have a health care crises but it ain’t just Big Pharma but a mix of everything, Big Pharma, Health Insurance Companies, Research Institutions that would be put out of work and lose all Government grant money if they succeeded in creating a cure, doctors being put out of work or less doctors needed as there’s no need for socialism or even many hospitals if all diseases were curable, and nursing would not be profitable anymore.

So Michael Moore and Obama forgot to look into Big Pharma and the Research Institutions not wanting a cure why we are having an increase in medical related deaths, people unable to afford insurance, and much more medical problems that can simply be able to be avoided by just simply curing all illnesses, and/or not restricting and controlling herbs and drug usage.

Yet Michael Moore wants you to believe socialism is the answer to everything yet the Postal Service is working to cut off Saturdays so how can socialism ever work when even the postal service is falling. Government run healthcare and businesses would fail very quickly because the Rockefeller Family and Big Pharma will make sure your sick forever.

Brian D. Hill adds to this his comments such as, “I am getting sick of so many government regulations. The government is getting totally into our lives and business, but people keep supporting this even though this country was founded as a free nation. What the government doesn’t understand is that this is further eroding restaurants rights on how we prepare our food although some will argue that restaurants need to be regulated but one day we may end up in a country where any little things we do could be illegal if we don’t obey Uncle Sam 24/7 and ask Uncle Sam permission for any little thing we decide to do which is what George Orwell warned about, a time when personal freedoms and dreams are all being taken away, restricted, controlled, permitted by elite government agencies, and organizations. Personal freedoms and how you want to run your business will be a thing of the past and no longer simply just running a sanitary business but in the future there will be excessive permits businesses will have to get before running a business in the future to compete against corporate powers.

So it’s finally happening the day the government starts controlling what we order, what requests we make at restaurants, and starting to control what we can and cannot eat. Already the state of New York bans Most Trans Fats in Restaurants, plus the food police confiscates Seniors rights to eat doughnuts, while being pumped up with drugs that have dozens of side effects that continue to degrade their health causing more drugs to be pumped into them.

Also New York did not address the rise of high fructose corn syrup in almost all foods which all contain mercury according to mainstream media reports, plus the New York government did not address the toxins in our milk, did not address the toxic preservatives in childhood vaccines, although now a site says mercury may be removed but a far worse ingredient was added into childhood vaccines, and Natural News just released that the EWG Study Finds Hundreds of Pollutants in the Nation’s Drinking Water.

So how dare New York pretend they are banning salt for the good of the people, putting us one step further towards government control over everything (Big Brother) yet they are forcing vaccinations in schools with dangerous preservatives, New York did nothing about High Fructose Corn Syrup containing mercury, New York did nothing about the hundreds of pollutants in Nation’s secure and clean Drinking Water, and people at New York may one day feel as if Big Brother will be the parents instead of regular parents, that one day we will have to always listen to Big Brother, that Big Brother is always right all the time, that anybody who challenges Big Brother will have themselves met up with the authorities and thrown into some torturous cell to be burned at the stake.

Anytime a government starts regulating things too much then our government has took away the will and trust of the people and given it to the elitists in our government and anybody who does not trust, or does not want to trust our government will be thrown into some mental institution, imprisoned, or killed.

Despite the governments views on anything including salt anytime we give the governments the power to regulate too much then our government has become Big Government and anytime it gets too big it means big trouble. Free thinkers, and spiritual leaders are a threat to Big Governments so they have to be assassinated, taken out, which means one day the Dalai Lama may get assassinated by CIA Agents.

Anytime we have Big Government it means trouble because of the prophecies of George Orwell’s 1984 states that a government will rule all personal and business decisions yet corporations will be untouched since they work with the government, that the people have to totally accept government control and decisions, that free thinkers are terrorists that must be executed in public, that we are sheeple and nothing more then sheep that need total discipline and torture by the government, that they always know best, even better then your mother and father, and that grandparents get in the way and must be killed. We are heading for that type of society right now as people accept more federal control over their lives to fight terrorism, including the naked body scanners, and as we head for socialism eventually it may become okay to kill your grandparents and all seniors. That will be the day we have exactly become 1984.

Also everybody’s bodies are different. There may be people out there that need trans-fatty foods, weight gain bars, or they simply need to eat carby foods for extreme exercise.  By banning salt or taking a stance on eating healthy all rights of everybody else with healthy bodies or they eat fatty foods but they exercise a lot and need those kinds of foods are being taken away by the government.

In fact without salt I would be deficient of a certain vitamin or mineral. A better approach to eating healthier food is that the government needs to change policies and do whatever it can to lower the costs of organic food so that more people will feel like it’s worth it to eat healthy instead of buying cheap junk food. It would be better to award those that want to eat healthy instead of penalizing those that don’t, because all it will do is lead to rebellion.

Now according to Ron paul’s said: “I wanna quote the first line of the resolution passed back in 2001 what the purpose of giving the president the power which is an illegal transfer of power to the president to pursue war at will.”, hes bringing out from the 2001 resolution is that the President has the executive authority to start war against any country he chooses at will which seems to be the type of power a military dictator has. Ron Paul also stated “It was said earlier on that is hard to quit a war and we shouldn’t be quitting. I’ll tell you what the real problem is: it’s too easy to start a war, it’s too easily to get involved and that is our problem.”, which is true because once we get in a war it is very hard to just simply stopping it and may end up causing an invasion against our country if we just simply end a war but the real problem is that we are easily slipping into unjustifiable wars without much or any probable cause.

Ron Paul also mentioned that reason Osama Bin Laden took credit for the attacks.

Ron Paul also stated: “Right now the evidence is not there to prove that but certainly Bin Laden was very sympathetic, loved it, and wanted to take credit for and one of the reasons he wanted to take credit was that he said it would do three things for what he wanted and first it would do it would increase his recruitment effort for Al-Qaeda and his attack against western powers who have become overly involved in control of the middle east and have had a plan for 20 years to remake the middle east.”, this means what Ron Paul was talking about was Osama Bin laden wanted to take take credit for the attacks, that several reasons why was that he needed more recruited to his terrorist organization, that he wanted to keep attacking the western powers since they have become overly involved in control of the middle east which has been planned for 20 years to remake the middle eastern countries.

The next statement by Ron Paul was, “The Taliban didn’t launch an attack against the United States. The government of Afghanistan didn’t launch it. The best evidence is it of those 20 individuals two of them might have passed through Afghanistan. A lot of the planning was done in Germany, and Spain and the training was done here in the United States.”, even though the the American people were taught to blame the Taliban and Afghanistan for the attacks against the United States, yet there was not enough evidence to prove that the Afghanistan Government or the Taliban did the attacks against the United States in September 11, 2001, and Saddam Hussein actually wanted out of the whole war according to the Crooks and Liars blog.

Ron Paul also believed that Osama Bin Laden had a plan for our Government to demoralize the people and go bankrupt just as the Soviet Union did. Ron Paul stated over the bankruptcy issue that, “The people will become demoralized because history shows that all empires and because they expand too far and they bankrupt the country just as the soviet system came down and that’s what Bin Laden was hoping for, he also said that the dollar spent will bankrupt this country and we are bankrupt and yet there is no hesitation to quit spending one cent overseas.”, and what Ron Paul us saying is that our government has actually let Bin Laden won since we just started allowing torture of innocent detainees and the fact we kept the war going until the deficit is very high, and the fact that we lost our rights in America.

Ron Paul also stated this fact that, “This war is an illegal war, This war is an immoral war, this war is a unconstitutional war, and at least you can say it’s illegitimate if there’s no real purpose in this.”, which means that this whole war has been for nothing but a selfish Agenda under George W. Bush, which is actually being continued by Barack H. Obama, and this war needs to be stopped now because many people around the world was hoping with the presidency of Obama that the wars would end immediately but yet he has not done anything to actually end the useless wars going on but kept them going and even sent 30,000 more troops into Afghanistan.

So according to everything Ron Paul says from the rough transcript recorded, that we didn’t have enough evidence to prove that Afghanistan was responsible for the attacks of 9/11, that the Taliban didn’t attack us on 9/11, that the hijackers didn’t just come from Afghanistan but also did planning in the United States, Germany, and Spain, that the president was being given powers illegally to jump-start war at will, that the war in Afghanistan had continued with no real purpose which is draining our countries finances and slipping our nation into a mass black hole of debt, that this war is now an illegal, an unconstitutional, and a immoral war.

Also I like what Ron Paul said at the end when he said “We need to change our foreign policy and come back to our senses and defend this country and not pretend to be policemen of the world.”, because with the way our government acts it is as if we are the Policemen of the world but the problem is we don’t have the financial support to police the whole world, we don’t have the manpower and may even have to jump-start the draft and have more troops then even civilians in this country, and we would have to set up secure buildings across the world all set with big enough military to police the world but that is actually a bad idea because that is technically a World Government, a new world order which alternative news sites, truthers, activists, and Alex Jones warned about.

The United States does not need to be policemen of the world because it will breed major power and corruption, and may bring a end to sovereignty worldwide, and will lead the United States in the same fashion as the Soviet Union and Germany during World War II.

All countries should maintain and have to right to remain sovereign, and the rights to run their governments however they want to unless they are a threat to other countries or the world. If a empire or superpower will not allow other countries that don’t want help from superpowers, to operate as sovereign nations then we have interfered in other countries affairs and that creates a lot of political adversaries.

Will Barack H. Obama be exactly like George W. Bush? Will “The Decider” legacy continue with Obama? well we’ll just have to continue watching his actions and if they don’t match his words then President Barack H. Obama is no better then the other screw-ups in capital hill, and the last president that’s a failure.

Mr Speaker… I rise in strong support of this resolution. I thank the gentlemen from Ohio for bringing this issue up. It is late. This war started ten years ago; it’s about time we talked about it. It was said earlier on that is hard to quit a war and we shouldn’t be quitting. I’ll tell you what the real problem is: it’s too easy to start a war, it’s too easily to get involved and that is our problem.

The founders of this country tried very hard to prevent this kind of a dilemma that we’re in now, getting involved in no-win wars and nobody knowing exactly who the enemy is. The war was started and justified by quoting and using the War Powers Resolution written in 1973. That was written after the fiasco of Vietnam to try to prevent the problems of slipping into war, yet that resolution in itself was unconstitutional because it literally legalized war for ninety days. So it did exactly the opposite, so here we are: the ninety-day permission for war, at that time, now, is close to ten years. I’m afraid that this is a little bit too little, hopefully, not too late for us to do something about this. Are we going to do it for ten more years? How long are we going to stay? And the enemy is said to be the Taliban. Well, the Taliban… they certainly don’t like us, and we don’t like them… the more we kill, the more Taliban we get.

He also said that if we if we the consequences of 9/11 will be that we will bog the American people down in a no win war and demoralize the people and they’re working on it, there still a lot of moral support but theres a lot of people in this country now that country is totally bankrupt and we’re spending trillions of dollars on these useless wars. The people will become demoralized because history shows that all empires and because they expand too far and they bankrupt the country just as the soviet system came down and that’s what Bin Laden was hoping for, he also said that the dollar spent will bankrupt this country and we are bankrupt and yet there is no hesitation to quit spending 1 cent overseas. We build embassies in Baghdad, We build embassy in Collboll billion dollar embassies fortresses and it is all necessary. Nobody is really concerned if people we’re concerned about the disastrous effect of debt on this country. We would change our foreign policy and we would be safer for it. We are not safer because of this foreign policy it’s a policy of intervention that has been going on for a long time and it will eventually end. This war is an illegal war, this war is a immoral war, this war is a unconstitutional war, and at least you can say it’s illegitimate if there’s no real purpose in this. The Taliban did not attack us on 9/11. You know after we went into Afghanistan immediately the concerns were shift to remaking the middle east, we went to Iraq. Use this as a justification it was nothing more then an excuse. Most Americans, The majority of Americans still believe that Saddam Hussein had something to do with 9/11, and I Imagine some Americans believe the Taliban had soimething to do with 9/11 and it’s not true. We need to change our foreign policy and come back to our senses and defend this country and not pretend to be policemen of the world.

Authorities are fearful of the repeat of the Anti-Chinese Government riots, attacks, and violent protests, which killed about 20 people when violent Tibetans stormed through the city and setting off fires to shops and offices.

This month is marking the anniversary of the Tibetan Chinese violent protests in 2008 as the exiled Tibetans are angry that the Chinese Government invaded their country in 1950 and took control of their religious rights as it became part of their communist government. It is a pretty sensitive time as the Chinese want to maintain Communist control as the Tibetans want their culture and peaceful land back. Also March 10 was when there was a abortive uprising against the Chinese invasion and takeover of their country in 1959 that forced the Dalai Lama to fly into exile in India.

The Lhasa residents of Tibet told the Times news reporters that as many as 400 to 500 people have been detained because of the recent crackdown. The officials declined to comment as expected because China is a communist nation and so the number could not be independently confirmed.

The Tibetan military patrols and detains to intimidate any Tibetans planning on another uprising for this years anniversary. The vehicles have banners hung with ords such as: “The Army and the people are as close as fish and water, Tibetan and Han are one family.”

The military included will include cavalcades of lorries that are packed with paramilitary units. One military convoy is consisting of 14 lorries, each containing 14 military helmet wearing armed men with semi automatic rifles.

This whole event proves that Tibet is still under control as ever by the greedy thuggish Chinese Powerlord Government which seems to get a feel for having a grip on the power of all their citizens and their rights to religious freedom. China is a communist government and a socialist state which should be an embarrassment to socialists since Carl Max seem to believe that socialism is one step closer to making a country a communist state.

That is why the Tibetans were forced to flee to Nepal and possibly other places worldwide which would let them maintain and practice their culture. Also the Digital Journal reports that At least 34 Tibetans arrested in Nepal over anti-Chinese protests‎ today as well. Every year angry Tibetan protesters are still persistent over gaining their invaded land back from the Communist state of China which will never happen because once China invades a land unless you had the power to fight and kill every Chinese solider or found a way to persuade China to just simply give your land and rights to your culture back then China pretty much runs that plot of land and does pretty much whatever it intends to do.

China’s Socialist and military power, their laws against subversion, and their successfully complete control of the people, allows the Chinese Government to remain in total control and anytime it decided to crush a religion there’s pretty much no way to fight it except for civil war and killing of Chinese military as their government sees no reasoning and only demands from the people.

Now many are fearful that Obama is pulling the same cards as China and people are fearful that the U.S. Government is becoming more demanding and more militarized, that once it becomes a socialist state, it may go the same old route as China when it became communism.

I hope one day the Tibetans can peacefully gain their land back but it looks like it will never happen ever unless the Chinese government ever has sympathy for the Tibetans which will never happen as the Chinese Government is selfish and makes a horrible socialist state.

At least after all the hard treatment all women aviators finally got what they deserved a long time ago, recognition on Wednesday March 10, 2010, and a Congressional Gold Medal, the highest civilian honor given by the U.S. Congress, in a ceremony on Capital Hill in Washington D.C.

There was at least 200 women there who served as Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP), were then on Wednesday to receive the award on hand. Since many are in their 80’s to 90’s some came to receive their honors in Wheelchairs, many worn dark blue uniforms, and one of them named June Bent of Westboro, in the state of Massachusetts, had kept within her hands a photograph of her comrade who had died.

The military band there played one of Americas oldest songs ‘The Star Spangled Banner’ but when one of the veteran women who was in a wheelchair stood up to salute throughout the entire song while one of her relatives gave her support for her back.

It is great that we didn’t just leave these wonderful women that served our country to be treated as they did no service to this country. They are veterans and should be regarded as Veterans just like the men soldiers that fought for their country. I believe in the military saying that no soldier should be left behind and unfortunately the women were left behind quite a bit but now I am glad to see them being honored just like their male comrades.

Finally another step forward was taken today for women having the same equal rights as men but I will admit there’s some drawbacks such as children having no mothers as even women could be forced in a future upcoming draft. As much as I am glad both genders have rights the future might be bleak for children that could lose both their parents for future combat, say a war with Iran, or war with China and Russia the draft will definitely be restored forcing both males and females to be called by the Selective Service to force both genders into combat. Since that service probably doesn’t take families into effect many children may be forced into government homes, out into the streets, or forced to fend for themselves, or even go into criminal activities as many work places have child labor laws, many may be forced to rob for themselves.

I hope that if the Selective Service picks people to go to war they will leave at least one parent to take care of each families children. As a news reporter and writer I will report the truth even the ugliness of good intentions. I am not against rights at all but I see that if women can serve in combat the draft will come for the women too and many women and girls will have to serve in all future wars and according to the draft it doesn’t care whether people want to serve or not. It may also mean the population can keep being thinned out in the United States until we need foreign soldiers to save us which means we can easily be taken over by foreigners.

back to being exactly on topic, I am glad all women aviator pilots got their honors and finally got the recognition they deserved. I hope monuments get put up for the female aviators as well to honor all who protected our country whether it be men or women. I just hope we don’t get into another World War because it may mean many children will lose their parents and put in government homes with high tech brainwashing and surveillance equipment.

Also the Washington Examiner has also brought out in their opinion Editorial that the Virginia state legislature has decided to craft a bill overthrowing, Obamas health care reform plan, which mandates you buy private or federal insurance or go to prison, in the state of Virginia.

Employer Mandate Excise Tax (Page 275): If an employer does not pay 72.5 percent of a single employee’s health premium (65 percent of a family employee), the employer must pay an excise tax equal to 8 percent of average wages. Small employers (measured by payroll size) have smaller payroll tax rates of 0 percent (<$500,000), 2 percent ($500,000-$585,000), 4 percent ($585,000-$670,000), and 6 percent ($670,000-$750,000).

Individual Mandate Surtax (Page 296): If an individual fails to obtain qualifying coverage, he must pay an income surtax equal to the lesser of 2.5 percent of modified adjusted gross income (MAGI) or the average premium. MAGI adds back in the foreign earned income exclusion and municipal bond interest.

Medicine Cabinet Tax (Page 324): Non-prescription medications would no longer be able to be purchased from health savings accounts (HSAs), flexible spending accounts (FSAs), or health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs). Insulin excepted.

Cap on FSAs (Page 325): FSAs would face an annual cap of $2500 (currently uncapped).

Increased Additional Tax on Non-Qualified HSA Distributions (Page 326): Non-qualified distributions from HSAs would face an additional tax of 20 percent (current law is 10 percent). This disadvantages HSAs relative to other tax-free accounts (e.g. IRAs, 401(k)s, 529 plans, etc.)

Denial of Tax Deduction for Employer Health Plans Coordinating with Medicare Part D (Page 327): This would further erode private sector participation in delivery of Medicare services.

Surtax on Individuals and Small Businesses (Page 336): Imposes an income surtax of 5.4 percent on MAGI over $500,000 ($1 million married filing jointly). MAGI adds back in the itemized deduction for margin loan interest. This would raise the top marginal tax rate in 2011 from 39.6 percent under current law to 45 percent—a new effective top rate.

Excise Tax on Medical Devices (Page 339): Imposes a new excise tax on medical device manufacturers equal to 2.5 percent of the wholesale price. It excludes retail sales and unspecified medical devices sold to the general public.

Corporate 1099-MISC Information Reporting (Page 344): Requires that 1099-MISC forms be issued to corporations as well as persons for trade or business payments. Current law limits to just persons for small business compliance complexity reasons. Also expands reporting to exchanges of property.

Delay in Worldwide Allocation of Interest (Page 345): Delays for nine years the worldwide allocation of interest, a corporate tax relief provision from the American Jobs Creation Act

Limitation on Tax Treaty Benefits for Certain Payments (Page 346): Increases taxes on U.S. employers with overseas operations looking to avoid double taxation of earnings.

Codification of the “Economic Substance Doctrine” (Page 349): Empowers the IRS to disallow a perfectly legal tax deduction or other tax relief merely because the IRS deems that the motive of the taxpayer was not primarily business-related.

Application of “More Likely Than Not” Rule (Page 357): Publicly-traded partnerships and corporations with annual gross receipts in excess of $100 million have raised standards on penalties. If there is a tax underpayment by these taxpayers, they must be able to prove that the estimated tax paid would have more likely than not been sufficient to cover final tax liability.

In addition to the list of taxes for in the ATR report, our people found the following:

Employer FINE Under Mandated Excise Tax (Page 310): A $100 per day excise tax imposed on employers for each employee for whom employer fails to “satisfy the health coverage participation requirements”. Excise tax will not apply if Secretary determines even after “exercising reasonable diligence” employer was unaware of employee’s lack of participation in health coverage.

“CADILLAC” INSURANCE PLANS

Credit vs. Points (Pages 318-320) This portion gives the appearance of providing a temporary two-year credit while at the same time deducting “points” if the Secretary deems that the employer is too generous with its health care benefit package. Ex. p. 319, lines 11-18: “Credit not allowed with respect to certain highly compensated employees. No credit shall be determined under subsection (a) with respect to qualified employee health coverage expenses paid or incurred with respect to any employee for any taxable year if the aggregate compensation paid by the employer to such employee during such taxable year exceeds $80,000”.

MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENT

Uncompensated Care Increase (Page 389-390) Page 389, lines 14-19 detail a “significant” decrease in uninsurance will be triggered by only 8% decrease – “There is a “significant” decrease in the national rate of uninsurance as the result of this Act” if there is a decrease in the national rate of uninsurance from 2012 to 2014 that exceeds 8 percentage points.” Page 390, lines 4-9 detail the increase in uncompensated care – “For each fiscal year (beginning with 2017) , the Secretary shall estimate the aggregate reduction in the amount of Medicare DSH payment that would be expected to result from the adjustment under paragraph (1)(A)”. This, in turn, will lower payments to hospitals in reimbursement rates.

This committee will coordinate all efforts within the Department of Health and Human Services and other Federal agencies that relate to pain research. Appears to be a decision making board on treatment protocols (could rationing be involved here?), create a public awareness campaign on pain,

Employer Excise Tax (Pages 313-317): If an employer chooses not to provide health insurance to employees, an excise tax on the total wages paid is imposed on the employer. The excise tax percentage ranges from 2% of total payroll of $500,000 to 8% of payroll of $750,000 or more. If an employer has less than $500,000 annual payroll, he pays no excise tax.

Employer Health Coverage Tax Credit (Pages 317-319): Small business owners receive a tax credit of 50% of health insurance paid for employees whose wages are $20,000 or less per year when the employer has 10 or fewer employees. The tax credit is prorated as the amount of wages increases, leaving no tax credit for the employer when such employee’s wages total $80,000 or more per year.

For employers with more than 10 employees, the tax credit calculated by the proratio shall be reduced by an amount in the ratio of 10 to total number of employees.

GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF CARE AND RESEARCH

*Government Panel for Senior Care Decisions (Pages 649-661): The Secretary has the right to waive requirements of the Social Security Act Titles XI & XVIII. These providers will put together patient decisions aids and share in seniors’ decisions regarding their health care. Seniors will attend counseling provided by said panel. Compensation will be granted to providers who generate less cost for care with regards to Parts A and B of Medicare.

Government Legislation of Pain Research (Pages 1493-1501): Page 1496 describes the attributes of committee members (6 members are scientists, physicians, other health professionals while another 6 members are from general public representatives from leading in research, advocacy and service organizations for individuals with pain-related conditions). This committee will coordinate all efforts within the Department of Health and Human Services and other Federal agencies that relate to pain research. Appears to be a decision making board on treatment protocols, create a public awareness campaign on pain. Ramifications include overly regulated treatment protocols for chronic pain and the possible end result of rationing. The viability of private research is questioned in light of this section.

(Page 1501): Lines 15-18 establish the authorization of appropriations – “For purposes of carrying out this section, there are authorized to be appropriated $2,000,000 for fiscal year 2011 and $4,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2012 and 2015”.

Government Regulation of Staffing in Nursing Facilities (Pages 822-826): In a specific motion to alter state authority of nursing facilities and to provide the Secretary and consumer advocacy groups with overreaching authority, this section of the bill calls for an amendment to the Social Security Act “(C) Submission of Staffing Information Based on Payroll Data in a Uniform Format.” The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall require a skilled nursing facility to electronically submit to the Secretary direct care staffing information including agency and contract staff, based on payroll and other verifiable and auditable data in a uniform format as established by the Secretary in consultation with among others, consumer advocacy groups.

Government Authority in Determining Medical Home Models (Pages 680-690): Secretary is provided wide latitude to fund and create both independent and community-based medical home models in order to reward physicians and others to coordinate treatment for chronically ill patients in underserved (rural) areas. Patient need not designate a doctor as their caregiver.

NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE CORPS

Obligated Service Requirement (Page 1220): “The entity and the Corps member agree in writing that the Corps member will perform half-time clinical practice”. Essentially, this details “those individuals who have entered into a contract for obligated service under the Scholarship Program or Loan Repayment Program un which the individuals are authorized to satisfy the requirement of obligated service through providing clinical practice”. Essentially these individuals are obliged to work off debt in this capacity.

ABORTION

Abortion Coverage (Page 110): “Nothing in this Act shall be construed as preventing the public health insurance option from providing for or prohibiting coverage of services described in paragraph (4)(A)”. Paragraph (4)(A) Abortion Services – Abortions for which public funding is prohibited. That said, paragraph (4)(B) “The services described in this subparagraph are for abortions for which the expenditure of Federal funds appropriated for the Department of Health and Human Services is permitted.”
GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF INDUSTRY

Health Czar (Page 133): Establishes Health Czar and bureaucracy, i.e. “Health Choices Commissioner” and “Health Choices Administration”. Essentially, this area lends the Health Commissioner and Health Choices Administration power over health insurance plans both inside and outside of the Health Insurance Exchange. The concern is that the provision invites overreaching authority and oversight of plans specifically set up to provide timely and needed care not readily available through the government exchange-controlled plans.

Health Czar Health Plan Audits (Page 133-134) Provides “Health Commissioner”/Czar with wide discretion to audit “qualified health benefits plans” and then bill the plan for the cost of the audit, regardless of grounds for the audit and regardless of whether or not the plan was found to have violated any regulation. The concern is the overreaching of authority and power over private health plans and the conjecture is that this will force a process by which consumers are significantly limited in their health plan choices. As written, no protection from abuse of power in this regard is provided.

Government Regulatio of Patient Care

Regulation of Services (Page 383) Lines 11-16 allot for using appropriate indicators for non-therapy ancillary services classification, which may include age, physical and mental status, ability to perform activities of daily living, etc. The concern is over the method of deciding care delivery, placing key decision-making elements in the hands of politicians and other non-medical staff as opposed to the hands of patients’ doctors and families.

Regulation on Patient Stay (Page 385) Establishes payment based on total costs during stay in a skilled nursing facility as opposed to the number of days in such stay.

ABORTION

Abortion Coverage (Page 110): “Nothing in this Act shall be construed as preventing the public health insurance option from providing for or prohibiting coverage of services described in paragraph (4)(A)”. Paragraph (4)(A) Abortion Services – Abortions for which public funding is prohibited. Paragraph (4)(B) “The services described in this subparagraph are for abortions for which the expenditure of Federal funds appropriated for the Department of Health and Human Services is permitted.”

Federal Funding of Abortion (Page 147) Lines 14-(1) IN GENERAL.—“Nothing in this Act shall be construed to have any effect on Federal laws regarding – (A) conscience protection; (B) willingness or refusal to provide abortion; (C) discrimination on the basis of the willingness or refusal to provide, pay for, cover, or refer for abortion or to provide or participate in training to provide abortion. The concern regards lines 20-23 (C) as it is viewed as a potential open door for funding of organizations such as Planned Parenthood. The document affirms that this bill has no effect on current law where discrimination based on either willingness or refusal to participate in abortion services, and thus, provides no additional protect against the use of Federal funds allocated for abortion services. As, additionally, the Hyde Amendment is in no way incorporated into this piece of legislation and because no additional explicit protections exist in this document, this piece of legislation will, indeed, provide authorization of federal funding of abortion under the public option.

Additionally, because there is no ban on abortion funding under the reauthorization of the Indian Health Service (IHS), and additionally no additional protections such as the Vitter Amendment, there is nothing to prevent abortion funding.

Mandated School-Based Health Clinics (Page 1354) Lines 9-21 states, “(c) Use of Funds – Funds awarded under a grant under this section …(2) may not be used to provide abortions. However, there is no specific language prohibiting either abortion referrals or the distribution of information materials regarding access to abortion.

Required Reporting Regarding Infections Sec. 1138A – Requirement for public reporting by hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers on health care-associated infections. Page 915 – States, “infections are to be publicly posted and compared by demographic information.” Page 916 – States “infections are being studied in such detail in order to reduce costs, not because of quality of care concerns”. The concern stems from both the ambiguity that exists in the statement referenced on page 915 as well as the lack of concern over quality of care in regards to infection.

Required Reporting Trumps State Laws Sec. 1128H – Financial reports on physicians’ financial relationships with manufacturers and distributors of covered drugs, devices, biologicals or medical supplies under Medicare, Medicaid, or CHIP and with entities that bill for services under Medicare. Page 910 – Concerns is that language pre-empts state laws requiring manufacturers to report their relationships to physicians. Page 912 – Establishes that “Comptroller General” is to file a report establishing that no loopholes exist in said section.

Regulation of Disclosure of Nutrient Content/Menu Variability (Page 1514) Lines 5-14 – “The Secretary shall establish by regulation standards for determining and disclosing the nutrient content for standard menu items that come in different flavors, varieties, or combinations, but which are listed as a single menu item, such as soft drinks, ice cream, pizza, doughnuts, or children’s combination meals, through means determined by the Secretary, including ranges, averages, or other methods”. Rules extend to maintaining the calculation of combo meals an addition cost to restaurants.

Regulation of Vending Machine Owners/Suppliers (Page 1516) Lines 4-8 – Pertaining to businesses that own or operation 20 or more vending machines, “the vending machine operator shall provide a sign in close proximity to each article of food or the selection button that included a clear and conspicuous statement disclosing the number of calories contained in the article”.

Pages 1850 – 1860 Titled “HEALTH SERVICES FOR URBAN INDIANS” contains a lot of double talk. What it summarily says in plain English is that the Secretary now controls and approves any and all grants and/or contracts entered into or referred by an Indian Tribe, Urban Indians or Tribal Organizations, including but not limited to healthcare needs, education of any kind, desease prevention, wild life preservation, land preservation or land purchases, and anything else covered under the 1921 Snyder Act. I specifically found it interesting that on page 1860, lines 14-23, the purpose of a contract or grant…shall be the determination… in order to assist the Secretary in assessing the health status and health care needs of Urban Indians in the Urban Center involved and determining whether the Secretary should enter into a contract or make a grant…
ADDITIONAL ITEM RELATED TO INDIAN HEALTH:

Septic System Regulations (Pages 1780-1790) The Federal government will fund sanitation facilities for Indian Tribes with the following provisions: (Page1781) “Sec. 302 (a) (1) financial and technical assistance to operate and maintain sanitation facilities…. (a) (3) funding to operate and maintain sanitation facilities….(b) Congress reaffirms the primary responsibility and authority of the Service to provide the necessary sanitation facilities and services as provided in section 7 of the Act of August 5, 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2004a)…..(Page 1783) – (c) (5) fund up to 100% of a tribes loan for sanitation facility….…(Page 1785)(c) (8) the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall, by regulation, establish standards applicable to the planning, design, and construction of sanitation facilities funded under this Act… (Page 1787) (d) The financial and technical capability of an Indian Tribe, Tribal Organization, or Indian community to safely operate, manage, and maintain a sanitation facility shall not be a prerequisite to the provision or construction of sanitation facilities by the Secretary”. It is posited that this item is a necessary item for the bill as septic-related issues directly affect health issues for the Indian Community. However, it is a concern that this is transition of power overrides local standards for the Indian Community and usurps local authority over key community infrastructure and systems. It is worthy to note, as well, that sanitation needs include a clean water source which involves a myriad of issues related to clean water and environmental concerns.

So according to all of this the Controversial Health Care reform bill will mandate more Federal authority over our very lives, will give more individual power away from the individual and give it to the Federal Centralized Government under the guise of reforming our Health Care and put an end to the greedy insurance companies.

When you read the old bill that got shoved into the trash and the new Health care reform bill, they both seem exactly alike, plus they also demonstrate that the Federal Government will have more power over our finances, can mandate forced drugging (More like mandated buying from drug dealers) and forced vaccinations under the guise of making health care cheaper for all and use less taxes, it could even give the federal Government and the strong arm mainstream medias under the Federal governments power the rights to eventually putting out ads about how getting rid of the baby boomers would lower taxes used by Obamas health care reform plan, would dictate more of the lives of the American people, and will further violate the U.S. Constitution under the guise of a welfare or free health care state.

This health care bill needs to be reexamined and the whole country needs to get together to discuss the matters of health care reform to see of a better way to reform health care and not have the Federal Government run our private lives which many would fight to the death to refuse. Instead of discussing the issue many town hall meetings became nothing but biased and propaganda for the pro health care reformers without looking for better solutions to the problems which leads health care reform to not just stay controversial but to become unacceptable for a free country such as ours.

Also another act of corruption for this health care reform was at the town hall meetings some to many of those there were paid to go there, according to a ad at craigslist, it states you can earn anywhere from $400 to $600 a week to support and be at the town hall meetings over health care reform which is the biggest baloney to not only our democracy but to freedom and liberty itself, also I would never ever bribe for my cause as the health care reform does because I would protect the true power of democracy instead of money ruling all laws instead of the people as the Declaration of Independence says. Also that ad also states that “Build support for health care reform with U.S. PIRG. Mobilize activists to cut the cost of health care, expand coverage, and stop sick from getting dropped by insurance companies. Go out in your community and make change happen. Make friends and money ($$$) along the way.”

How is that not bribing or political corruption, I would understand paying for just the gas money for those that can’t afford to make it but actually Paying people for Health Care reform? Health care is a growing issue not to be solved with bribery or benefiting those that agree with a certain cause because that overthrows the whole point of We The People rule and democracy all together.

Democracy is about thinking about the issues then getting our government to protect and support those issues instead of bribing and paying people to care for a issue. Issues are very important and should not be sold with a buck or a threat. Democracy is about learning about all the issues and state your reasons why you fight for this issue and why the government should take your issue into importance. What ever happened to democracy? because every since Barack H. Obama got in there I have been seeing troll attacks, hundreds to thousands of good rule abiding YouTube videos being removed for terms of service violations or violating the community guide lines, including preach Manning of Atlahworldwide. I have also seen organizations asking people against the controversial and biased health care reform to attack their comment boards and I’ve seen people call me racist or believing that I’m republican and even took the liberty to remove some of my good articles on current TVs website after being called a racist several times and even accused of supporting the Insurance companies, and many decided to ignore my wisdom and sites like mine simply because I was against this fraudulent health care reform bill which never served the purpose of a true democracy but bribed it’s way into power.

I hope we can discuss the real issues and not pay people to go to Town Hall meetings, and then under those circumstances I will feel better about this health care reform instead of just feeling depressed that this thing will pass.

According to alternative news sites but from the source of NICFA / Food Freedom and alternative news mirroring sites such as The FederalJack, Blacklisted News, and other alternative news sites across the internet the FDA raided a non-commercial Amish farm in Kinzers, PA.

On February 4th 2010 at 9:40 a.m. Thursday, at a Amish farm at Kinzers, Pennsylvania which is only a few miles from the Nickel Mines Amish massacre that happened in 2006, another attack against the Amish has begun but this time it ain’t a shooter but attacks against farming rights by agents of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The FDA are better off to have names such as the Fat Rich and Dirty Administration, Food Robbers and Demon using Administration, and/or Food Exploiters and Drug Cartels Administration (Ding Dong best name for their dirty cartel.

The agents started invading the property of Amish farmer Dan Allgyer without permission claiming to be conducting an investigation against them. Agents Joshua Schafer and Deborah Haney, that work at the FDA office of Delaware, drove right past Allgyer’s “No Trespassing” signs and then driven up his driveway almost to his barn, where Allgyer happened to be around outside. Allgyer then approached the car but the agents got out, and then asked the agents why they were there.

They produced a document, asked Allgyer if his name was Dan Allgyer, which Allgyer to the agents, then asked him his initials and phone number, entered the information on the paper which was given to him to input the information, told Allgyer that they were there to perform an inspection and started reading the document to him, saying it gave them jurisdiction to perform an inspection and to be there on his private property.

The agents including Schafer did most of the talking and said that they had a right to be on his private property because they said to him that “you produce food for human consumption.” Dan asked the agents why they would believe that and they spoke back with, “Well, you have cows.  You cannot be consuming all the milk you produce.” and further stated “If you get a milk truck in to move all this milk you sell milk to the public, therefore we have jurisdiction.”

Dan said to the agents, “This is a private farm, I do not sell anything to the public.”

As they continued to harass him as they invaded Dan Allgyer’s Farm to do the inspection, Allgyer told the agents “You can sit in your car.  I will call my lawyer.”

The agents then remained standing.

Allgyer then contacted his attorney by phone who advised him to have the FDA Agents call him. When Allgyer told the agents to contact his Attorney Schafer replied, “You are the owner and you have to speak for yourself.” They pressed for him to talk and so Schafer asked Allgyer “Are you refusing us an investigation?” but Dan Allyger replied with, “That’s not what I’m saying.”.

They kept repeating six times (Dan claimed they must have asked him six times) to Dan with the same words of, “Are you refusing an investigation?”

Allgyer was saying to the agents to, “Call this guy” which means Dan’s Attorney. One of the agents was still accusing him of refusing an investigation and said to Dan, “Even if you do not say so, you are still refusing an investigation.” and after that eventually agent Schafer said, “If you refuse an investigation will you answer some questions?” but Allgyer replied, “I’d rather not.”

When the agents continued to keep pushing him Dan decided to say, “Is that a question?” but they replied with a Yes. Then Dan Allgyer replied with, “What did I say about questions?’, the agents reply with, “Well we’re going to write this up as a refusal to have an investigation and give it to our higher officials.” which may lead to fines, criminal prosecutions, and a court trial. After that Dan was scared and felt that they were threatening him after those words.

After that they got in their cars, drove out out his driveway, and parked on his neighbors property but continued to watch Dan Allgyer, and so at that moment they surveyed him from his neighbors property.

Ivan who has been a visitor on the Amish Farm but has nothing to do with Dans situation decided to left in his truck soon after the commotion, but the FDA agents decided to follow him in their car, even when he stopped to use the facilities of a small convenience store. After forty to fifty miles Mr. Ivan decided to dial 911 to tell the police that he was being followed. The state police arrived in two police cruisers, pulled over Ivan, and the agents as well.

The state police told Ivan that the agents explained  they work with the FDA and that they have the right to follow him because they conducted an investigation on the farm just simply because he was there when the cars shown up. The FDA AGents thought he had purchased or had the product that was being inspected and they wanted samples of the product they thought he has.

The agents then harassed Ivan by forcing him to open his truck, revealing it was empty, so the Agents took pictures of the inside of his empty truck, gave Ivan a document stating they had the right to inspect and take pictures of his vehicle. He got agitated and told the agents that he thinks the FDA Agents harassed him but the state trooper replied that the FDA Agents has a legal right to follow him and even pull his car over but since they are in a unmarked car Ivan would not have had to pull over.

As back with Dan, the FDA Agents then asked Ivan some information which they produced on the document, then handed it to Ivan. Ivan wondered so he asked the agents, “Why are you writing up a paper on me when you have no cause?” which is correct because if Ivan was just a visitor then he is not apart of the Amish establishment or shouldn’t have to be accused of a FDA type of crime just because he may have had some food from their land unless he has worked there but even then what evidence did they have against Ivan? I’m sure more information will be added as it’s found. They claims he had a loaf of bread from the Amish farm and the FDA wanted samples of the bread  and so the3 USWGO Founder says this while very angry after reading about this event “The FDA is very mean and the police should stay off his bread at least it’s not contaminated with anything like the FDAs approved poison GMO Foods”.

The agent replied that he saw them at the farm but Ivan replied with. “That doesn’t make any difference, I didn’t know who you were.”, then Ivan continued and pointed out that he was at the farm but did not hear what they were saying. He was twenty feet or more away from where they were and was not involved with the conversation between the agents and the Dan Allgyer.

The police said they would record the agents that had been following him in case this investigation could be false. A spokewoman for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said that the FDA had no comment at this time because of the fact that the investigation is ongoing, also Dan Allgyer will meat with his areas county sheriff in the future to

Ivan said the police told him they would record that the agents had been following him.

A spokeswoman for the FDA (reached at the phone number on the paper the FDA agents gave to Allgyer) said the FDA has no comment at this time because it is an ongoing investigation. In the near future Dan Allgyer will meet up with his counties sheriff to inform him on the incident.
