If she was different then she needs to represent the people instead of the corporations!

After a letter was sent to Democratic North Carolina Senator Kay Hagan regarding Righthaven’s copyright litigation abuse against the American peoples Fair Use rights and is why the Protect IP Act should not pass the senate, Hagan sided with the devil of the Protect IP Act, and is a sham of a Representative to the American people. The only thing she and many representatives represent is the Corporations and global power brokers. It isn’t surprising that Senator Kay Hagan is another corporate slave servant like Obama and friends.

The Protect IP Act is also known as the ‘Preventing Real Online Threats to Economic Creativity and Theft of Intellectual Property Act of 2011′. We have covered on USWGO how the Protect IP Act threatens the Internet and bloggers as a whole, plus how this act will mean that the Attorney General will be granted unprecedented powers to sue any website he or she deems as a copyright infringer and this includes people who simply copy copyrighted pictures even though the Fair Use Exemptions would cover this as long as it’s for educational purposes and no market harm was inflicted.

Fair Use Exemptions and the Fair Use Doctrine are not being guaranteed for Americans because they are forced to go to court and paying court fees just to have the right to fight for Fair Use rights under copyright law. The law is not fair and is hurting a lot of people. Since Kay Hagan is joining the devil along with other senators, USWGO has decided to propose a law in the House of Representatives titled the Fair Use Commission Act (FUCA) of 2011 which would create a commission where poor folks can fight for their Fair Use Rights without paying any court fees or having to appear before a judge. This law is pending to be sponsored by at least one North Carolina congressperson before Brian Hill will make a statement to the press about why he wants this law to pass and be sponsored as a bill. This laws purpose is to create a Fair Use buffer and even block DMCA take-down requests against blogs that copy content Fair Use covered.

Since Kay Hagan has betrayed us, it’s only fair that we strengthen Fair Use Protections or else we risk the end of political websites and websites against the New World Order. The Protect IP Act threatens Infowars, FederalJack, USWGO Alternative News, and a wide variety of other truth sites.
