The reason each state has a simular system of government

I remember one time I went to Raleigh and actually was allowed in the Legislative Building in North Carolina and got to see it and now I was wondering why each state has their own Governors office, a legislative building, and a court system. I was thinking about how if the Federal Government where to just go mad and start killing people could states function without the federal government and I am sure it’s possible because the federal government manages the states but the states manage the counties and the counties manage the cities, towns, and rural areas. So if the Federal Government started throwing people in concentration camps or started witch hunts the states can manage without the Federal Government and thats why each and every state has a legislative building. So now I get why a building like what I saw on my trip to Raleigh was there, what it was about, and why states have their own law making buildings.

So the governor is like the president of the state, the legislative building is like the congress and senate, and each states court system enforces both federal and state laws unless a secession was declared then federal laws are enforced in all states that unify and don’t separate from the union.

So if a state wanted to secede fro, the union then after a declaration of secession a state can manage the state laws and if all government programs are managed by the states then they can still run them by taxes collected from the state and not have to give any tax money to the federal government if I amcorrect about what I am saying.

When the Constitution was started all states had to sign it in order to ratify it from what I have heard. The Constitution is the most important document which guarantees all citizens rights to obey the laws and yet have rights as well but if the Constitution was ever destroyed by an invading army or another force states can choose to secede from the union before the states fall along with it. Also I believe that in those times states may control their military bases and use them in times of an invasion to prevent a destruction of the Constitution and rights. So if the new world order happens states should secede from the union in order to protect the states and whats left of their union from a un-sovereign takeover.

The federal government is actually a copy of the states government systems or it’s the other way around and that all states contain 3 branches of government The executive branch, the legislative branch, and the Judicial Branch of government. The States also have their own versions of FBI such as the SBI, states have their own law enforcement, and states manage federal programs for their citizens.

States although cannot run their own mini countries as the Constitution may not guarantee it but it does guarantee that states can leave the union in times of peril such as invasions, destruction of the national capital, invasive power grabs from the higher ups, and other scenarios that means either the end of the federal government, a dictatorship via the federal government, or an invasion such as a cu-da-ta which can be executed by an army force, a revolt, or a elite group of politicians that decide they want the whole country taken by them, run by them, and run for them.

States can function without Washington D.C. because it is just a government that manages the states as a union and politicians from all 50 states meet up at the Federal Government as a union run by the people of the union of 50 states, of the people of the union of 50 states, and for the people of the union of 50 states.

I hope I have explained enough about state sovereignty, secessions, and what would happen in case of nationwide invasions (cu-da-tas), national emergencies, and if something where to happen to Washington D.C. then the states will govern the people instead of the federal government and the same logic of states power can apply to a secession if a state and it’s people decides the federal government has overstepped their boundaries then they can threaten and even start a secession.

I will show a diagram:

Fed:

Executive

Legislative

Judicial

All 50 states have:

Executive

Legislative

Judicial
